Job Description

• We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Facility Group Lead to join our team. As the Facility Group Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and operation of our facilities.
• You will manage a team of facility technicians and coordinate their efforts to ensure that our facilities are well-maintained, safe, and efficient.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall management and maintenance of facilities within the organization.
• Lead and coordinate facility-related projects from inception to completion.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations in all facility operations.
• Supervise and guide a team of facility staff to achieve organizational objectives.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize facility performance and efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address facility-related issues and challenges.
• Prepare and manage budgets for facility maintenance and improvement projects.
• Conduct regular inspections and assessments to identify areas for improvement and address maintenance issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to facility operations and projects.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, Facility Engineering, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of relevant experience in facility management or project management.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and project management software.

Key Requirements:

• Demonstrated working knowledge of principles and practices of project management.
• Profound understanding of project management methodologies.
• Sound knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Extensive experience in construction, maintenance, and all facets of facility operation.
• Prior supervisory experience is essential.
