The Inside Sales Consultant (ISC) is responsible for managing the existing agents, reactivating inactive agents, growing the agent network base, and boosting revenue via various telemarketing skills. Furthermore, the ideal candidate must be able to convert pre-qualified sales leads, generate new business, and use upselling tactics to secure the best possible deal and follow up with agents to ensure an excellent customer experience.
