    Executive Assistant

    The Opportunity

    • We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Executive Assistant to provide exceptional support to our CEO.
    • You will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of the CEO's office and be a trusted confidante, managing their schedule, communications, and projects.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage the CEO's calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
    • Anticipate the CEO's needs and proactively manage their workload.
    • Prepare agendas, briefing materials, and presentations for meetings.
    • Draft correspondence, emails, and reports for the CEO.
    • Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, prioritizing and directing them appropriately.
    • Organize and maintain the CEO's filing system, both physical and digital.
    • Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and ground transportation.
    • Oversee office logistics and ensure a smooth workflow for the CEO and executive team.
    • Conduct research and compile data to support the CEO's strategic decision-making.
    • Manage the CEO's expense reports and ensure adherence to company policies.
    • Maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times.
    • Stay informed about industry trends and news relevant to the CEO.

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or a similar role.
    • Proven track record of success in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
    • Experience with scheduling software and travel arrangements a plus.
    • In-depth knowledge of luxury furniture industry (highly preferred).
    • Discretion, professionalism, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
    • A passion for luxury design and a keen eye for aesthetics (a plus).

    Sales Associate

    As a Luxury Furniture Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in representing our brand and exceeding the expectations of our high-end clientele. You will be responsible for developing new leads, cultivating relationships with designers and architects, and driving sales within your assigned territory.

    Responsibilities:

    • Build rapport with potential and existing clients, understanding their design needs and preferences.
    • Provide exceptional customer service, offering expert advice on furniture selection, space planning, and interior design principles.
    • Conduct tours of our showroom, showcasing our product lines and highlighting the unique features and benefits of each piece.
    • Develop and present customized proposals that align with client budgets and design goals.
    • Negotiate sales and effectively close deals.
    • Manage and maintain a strong network of contacts within the design community, including architects, interior designers, and influencers.
    • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
    • Stay up-to-date on the latest furniture trends and design styles.
    • Contribute to the overall success of the sales team by collaborating with colleagues and sharing best practices.

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in luxury furniture sales or a related field.
    • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a high-end retail environment.
    • In-depth knowledge of furniture styles, materials, and construction.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with a diverse clientele.

    Accountant

    The Role

    • As a Luxury Furniture Accountant, you will play a vital role in maintaining the financial health of our company. You will be responsible for a variety of accounting tasks, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting. You will also work closely with other departments to provide valuable financial insights.

    Responsibilities:

    • Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
    • Manage general ledger accounts, including reconciliations and journal entries.
    • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to GAAP standards.
    • Assist with budgeting and forecasting, working with other departments to develop realistic financial plans.
    • Analyze financial data and provide insights to management to support informed decision-making.
    • Maintain accurate accounting records in accordance with company policies and best practices.
    • Liaise with tax professionals during tax season.
    • Stay up-to-date on relevant accounting regulations and industry best practices.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.

    • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero).
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
