    Recruitment Consultant

    Overview:

    Sage HR and Payroll is Recruiting for a Recruitment Consultant with experience in the Finance and/or IT Industry. We require an above average candidate with a proven track record of Executive level placement experience and excellent Headhunting skills.

    Responsibilities:

    • Headhunting for Senior level candidates
    • New business generation and client development with specific focus in the Finance and/or IT Industry
    • Meet sales/gross profit targets in line with dashboard
    • Deal with speculative calls, aftercare and service calls
    • Client visits – new and service – identify and follow up business leads
    • Write and place advertisements

    Client Management

    • Serve clients, identify their needs and provide feedback on success of filling jobs
    • Qualify job specification / salary information and record accurate and comprehensive requirements in line with key processes and legislation
    • Gather info on client – decision maker and no of employees
    • Network internally and externally with clients
    • Benchmark for clients – salary, availability, candidate pool, industry activity

    Candidate Management

    • Candidate control – keep in regular contact to review progress and performance
    • Pre-screen candidates before their interview for suitability and conduct interviews
    • Coach candidates on interview skills / Skills testing
    • Spec CVs / Market candidates, Search / Shortlist CVs in line with job order request, Ensure CVs are of a specific standard and reflective of client requests
    • Provide information to candidates on clients and job specifications

    Other

    • Administration duties including; Criminal checks, verification of qualifications, obtaining bank details, dealing with timesheets, payroll queries and amendments, tracking credit checks, and reference checking
    • Capture info / calls / bookings correctly on CRM – update and maintain client and candidate information database and adhere to rules
    • Manage own PDP
    • Ensure records are kept in line with legislative requirements
    • Carry out work instructions in line with Key Processes

    Qualifications:

    • Must have 3-5 years working experience
    • Previous recruitment experience essential
    • Finance and/or IT Industry experience is essential
    • Headhunting experience is essential
    • Business Development experience
    • Diploma/ degree an advantage
    • Social Networking experience (Specific focus on LinkedIn)
    • Proven track record of billings over R350 000 per month
    • Existing database of clients and candidates will be advantageous
    • Must be able to close deals successfully
    • Must be able to multi-task
    • Must have worked to individual targets and achieved them consistently.

    West Africa Accounting Channel Account Manager

    Responsibilities:

    • Deliver weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual revenue performance in line with business expectations and ensuring that our customer received an exceptional experience.
    • Ensuring achievement of revenue targets and consistently performing against KPIs and Departmental Standards
    • Ensure Business Partners are aware of all new product releases, offers and incentives, marketing materials and any relevant issues from the wider market place.
    • Work with our Business Partners to accurately record, update and forecast all sales pipeline and opportunities to a high standard, in line with the sales methodology.
    • Proactively encouraging growth and development within a defined base of customers
    • Attend new business appointments.
    • Promote the portfolio of Sage products to potential customers.
    • Generate new business referrals.
    • Follow the company’s defined best practice in relation to sales and customer contact.
    • Liaise with Business Partners and complete handovers in relation to new business.
    • Maintain a strong understanding of third party solutions.
    • Ensure that accurate forecasting and effective pipeline management is delivered.
    • Ensure Business Partners are aware of all new product releases, offers and incentives, marketing materials and any relevant issues from the wider market place.
    • Take responsibility for maintaining their own product and procedural knowledge
    • Provide sales support to both internal and external customers.
    • Ensure that feedback is relayed to Channel Sales Manager should any of the standards or procedures require change due to system or business requirements.
    • Any other duties as instructed by the Channel Sales Manager within the parameters of the role.
    • Maximise all cross sell opportunities
    • Maximise sales conversion ratios in line with business expectations.
    • Support Channel Sales Manager (Indirect) to deliver initiatives outlined in our annual business plan.
    • Maintain and Develop close working relationships with other key internal stakeholders.
    • To provide accurate pricing and information across the range of products.
    • Manage partners in line with GPP

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum of 8 years business experience or relevant/similar degree
    • Strong understanding and proven direct mid-market sales.
    • Results orientated, highly organised and driven to succeed.
    • Strong customer focus and high level customer service ethics.
    • Highly autonomous with the ability to work on own initiative.
    • Able to confidently articulate complex business solutions.
