    • The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless event management, from conception to completion.
    • The Project Manager will be expected to manage multiple events simultaneously while ensuring efficiency, quality, and client satisfaction.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the events industry.
    • Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale events from inception to completion.
    • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Microsoft Project) and event management software.
    • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

    • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management, logistics, and vendor coordination, coupled with a solid understanding of the technical and engineering aspects involved in event setups.

    Responsibilities

    • Oversee day-to-day operations of event planning, production, and execution.
    • Develop and implement operational strategies to ensure smooth event logistics, timely setup, and efficient resource management.
    • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to ensure timely delivery and quality of event infrastructure (e.g., staging, lighting, audiovisual, rigging, and power supply).
    • Manage budgets, optimize costs, and ensure events are executed within financial constraints.
    • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements for all event activities.
    • Supervise and lead operations staff, including technical teams, logistics personnel, and on-ground event support.
