    Estate Manager

    Job Objectives

    • Primary objective is to coordinate and maintain estate communal services & maintain customer satisfaction by ensuring all estate communal services are properly coordinated.
    • Function as a first responder to all clients’ complaints.
    • Supervising and providing day-to-day community support services
    • Responsible for taking appropriate remedial actions and ensuring all immediate emergencies requiring skilled maintenance repairs are promptly executed.
    • Supervise and manage activities of deployed security teams.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Required to make daily inspections of properties under our care to ensure they are all maintained properly.
    • Formulates and implements preventative maintenance programs for equipment and building maintenance.
    • Takes charge of all maintenance issues and ensures responsible backup is available in order to take corrective action as necessary.
    • Implements all maintenance and general procurement of materials and parts, schedules installations, and ensures that such repairs are accomplished in a safe and timely manner.
    • Reviews and/or inspects work for quality, accuracy, and completeness.
    • Ensures compliance with applicable federal and/or state laws, regulations, and/or agency rules, standards and guidelines, etc.
    • Monitors and evaluates operations, processes, and/or practices for quality and effectiveness; makes recommendations for improvement.
    • Create and manage the maintenance schedule roaster for all managed properties & estates.
    • Ensure proper accounting for all Artisan, Janitorial, Supplier related expenses and accountability of budget
    • Coordination and Management of all Artisans and suppliers on payroll
    • Generate Weekly/Monthly and Quarterly property reports
    • Function as ON-SITE Estate Manager
    • Interact and liaise with Infrastructure Services Coordinator to maintain uninterrupted service quality
    • Manage all on-site development control activities in conjunction with the Development Control Managers
    • Function as first-line liaison with Estate Residents Association and coordinate all stakeholder engagements
    • Other tasks as assigned.

    Educational Qualifications / Experience

    • Completion of a Degree in Engineering or Estate Management is preferred or membership of NIEVS but may be substituted by progressive equivalent job experience.
    • Minimum experience should be 5 years as an Estate Services Manager of a residential, commercial, or institutional facility.
    • Experience should include a well-rounded background and knowledge of generators, water treatment facilities, air conditioning, electrical and plumbing systems, including equipment maintenance and repairs.
    • Considerable knowledge and experience of mechanical and electrical systems, plumbing, building and grounds maintenance and, equipment repair.

    Chief Financial Officer

    Key Responsibilities

    • Management of all finance & treasury activities including financial reporting, financial advisory and project finance activities.
    • Lead strategic initiatives designed to reduce cost, manage company overheads and ensure results.
    • Devise and execute effective strategies to ensure the company secures the financial resources required to achieve its goals, while mitigating financial and operational risk.
    • Manage consolidated group reporting and enforce all accounting standards
    • Manage budgeting and financial forecasting functions inclusive of interpretation and predictive analysis of economic trends to achieve long term plans
    • Ensure consistency and accuracy of financial reporting; transaction capture; management of chart of accounts; comprehensive asset registers; risk coverage and profitability of all business divisions
    • Coordinate and ensure adequacy of funding for all projects inclusive of arranging and facilitating bridging finance as required
    • As divisional head, coordinate, coach and supervise financial services and accounting staff on day-to-day operations that includes, but is not limited to, month/year end close, accounts receivable & payable, financial reports, payroll, invoicing, cash receipts and disbursements.
    • Works collaboratively with the CEO on new business development inclusive of financial analysis of potential acquisitions, debt, equity and joint venture proposals and partnership agreements
    • Negotiation and review of key financial agreements, including mortgages, loan documents, subordination agreement and guarantees as part of any financing and /or construction loan applications, bond financing and/or private debt.

    Functional Competencies / Requirements

    • Minimum of ten (10) years of management-level experience
    • Must hold either ACA/ACCA with at least fifteen (15) years post-certification experience
    • The ideal candidate must have prior managerial experience in finance, private equity, or financial advisory firm with verifiable hands-on lead experience in arranging or facilitating new capital/debt investments.
    • CFA or similar Financial Modelling certification will be a strong advantage
    • Proven financial advisory experience

    Chief Commercial Officer

    Job Objectives

    • Oversee and coordinate development activities to ensure profitability & delivery
    • Coordinate and manage business prospecting especially sourcing and securing new business opportunities aligned with the company’s focus

    Revenue Assurance:

    • Manage all revenue teams particularly sales teams, marketing activation teams & client engagement teams to ensure all revenue objectives are met or surpassed
    • Take ownership for revenue assurance inclusive of creating and implementing strategies designed to achieve sales revenue targets

    Client Management / Stakeholder Engagements:

    • Ensure growth of Subscriber Base & effective demand aggregation
    • Manage and coordinate sourcing of new business and captive development opportunities
    • Manage and grow investment teams, particularly debt note investors' networks.
    • Manage and coordinate all Client Management Activities

    Educational Qualifications / Experience

    • A First Degree in Law, Engineering, Architecture, or other Social Science coursework
    • Minimum of fifteen (15) years post-qualification work experience in a client-facing role
    • Minimum of five (5) years experience in a general or executive management role
