    ESG Coordinator

    Job Description

    • The Entry Level ESG Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting and coordinating Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) initiatives within an organization.
    • This position is focused on assisting with the implementation, monitoring, and reporting of sustainability and responsible business practices.
    • The ESG Coordinator works closely with various departments, stakeholders, and external partners to promote and advance ESG goals.

    Responsibilities

    • ESG Reporting: Assist in collecting, analyzing, and organizing data related to ESG metrics, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Help prepare reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
    • Compliance and Regulations: Stay up to date with ESG-related regulations and requirements. Support the organization in maintaining compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and reporting frameworks.
    • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal teams to gather information and engage with stakeholders regarding ESG initiatives. Support the development of communication materials and strategies to promote ESG goals and progress.
    • Data Management: Assist in managing ESG data systems, including data collection, verification, and documentation. Help establish and maintain data tracking processes to ensure consistent and reliable reporting.
    • Sustainability Projects: Contribute to the planning and execution of sustainability projects and initiatives. Assist in identifying opportunities for improvement in ESG performance and participate in developing strategies to achieve sustainability targets.
    • ESG Performance Metrics: Aid in the identification and development of ESG performance indicators and metrics. Assist in monitoring and evaluating progress towards established ESG goals.
    • Research and Analysis: Conduct research on emerging ESG trends, best practices, and industry benchmarks. Analyze data and prepare summaries or recommendations for ESG-related activities.
    • Collaboration and Training: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote ESG integration throughout the organization. Assist in delivering training programs or materials to increase awareness and understanding of ESG principles and practices.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree (Second Class Upper and higher) in a relevant field such as Sustainability, Environmental Studies, Business, or related disciplines.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and analyze complex data sets.
    • Proficiency in data management and reporting tools.
    • Flexible to travel within our various Locations.
    • Good communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively present information to diverse audiences.
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and engage with stakeholders at various levels.
    • Strong research capabilities to stay informed about ESG trends, regulations, and emerging sustainability issues.
    • Familiarity with relevant ESG regulations, guidelines, and reporting frameworks is desirable.
    • Passion for sustainability and environmental responsibility.

    Job Summary

    • Responsible to ensure sales targets are met through a focus on winning and developing productive long term relationships with customers.

    Responsibilities

    • Prepare the modern trade sales strategy & growth plans in line with business strategy.
    • Drive profitability and deliver on the revenue parameters.
    • Ensure in-store availability of all SKUs at all times.
    • Align and execute trade marketing and trade promotions interventions with the modern trade sales strategy and overall business strategy.

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND / OND qualification
    • 3 years of experience in similar role in the FMCG Industry.
    • Strong experience in national key account management, modern trade channel & Modern trade outlets/retail.
    • Experience of establishing the presence of the product in modern trade outlets
    • Strong business sense and industry expertise.
    • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
    • Good interpersonal skills.
