    EOT Crane Operator

    Job Summary

    • The EOT Crane Operator is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the Electric Overhead Traveling (EOT) crane for material handling within the steel plant.
    • The role involves lifting, moving, and positioning heavy materials such as billets, scrap, ladles, and finished steel products in accordance with operational and safety guidelines.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Operate the EOT crane to lift, move, and position raw materials, semi-finished goods, and finished steel products as required.
    • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols while operating the crane.
    • Coordinate with furnace operators, production personnel, and ground staff to ensure smooth material flow.
    • Conduct daily pre-operation inspection of the crane (controls, brakes, hoist, wire ropes, limit switches, etc.).
    • Report malfunctioning equipment or safety hazards to the maintenance or shift supervisor immediately.
    • Maintain proper records of lifts, material movements, and downtime (if applicable).
    • Ensure the load is properly balanced and secured before lifting or moving.
    • Assist in routine maintenance activities when required.
    • Follow plant safety standards, including wearing PPE and complying with lockout/tagout procedures.
    • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance plant efficiency.

    Qualifications & Experience

    • SSCE / OND or relevant technical certification.
    • Minimum of 2–5 years’ experience operating an EOT crane in a steel plant or heavy industrial environment.
    • Valid EOT Crane Operator certification preferred.
    • Ability to read and understand crane load charts and operating limits.

    Skills & Competencies:

    • Strong knowledge of EOT crane operations and safety regulations.
    • Ability to work under pressure and in high-temperature steel plant environments.
    • Good communication skills and ability to work with a team.
    • Strong attention to detail and situational awareness.
    • Physical fitness and ability to work in shifts (day/night).

    Working Conditions:

    • Steel plant environment with exposure to heat, noise, and heavy equipment.
    • Shift-based operations including weekends and public holidays as required.

    Account Officer

    Job Summary

    • The Account Officer will be responsible for preparing sales invoices and quotations, ensuring all documents are error-free and submitted promptly to the Sales Manager for onward submission to customers.
    • She will also maintain proper filing systems and support general accounting and administrative operations within the company.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Prepare accurate sales invoices, quotations, and related sales documents.
    • Ensure zero errors in all financial and sales documentation.
    • Work closely with the Sales Manager to provide timely documents

    Requirements

    • Minimum of a Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
    • 3 - 5 years of relevant experience
    • Strong knowledge of invoicing, documentation, and basic accounting principles.
    • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and basic accounting software.
    • Strong organizational and filing skills.
    • Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a detail-oriented MIS Executive to support our HR operations. The ideal candidate will work closely with Talent Acquisition Specialists, HR Managers, and other stakeholders to provide accurate data insights that improve decision-making across the HR function.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Collect, analyse, and interpret HR-related data to support recruitment, performance, and workforce planning.
    • Prepare dashboards, reports, and data summaries for management review.
