    Entry Level Network Engineer

    Purpose of the Job

    • Provide first level off-site technical support for all ipNX services: Voice, Data connectivity, Internet services, WiMAX services etc. To consistently provide a high level of excellent customer service and support ensuring customers satisfaction.

    Expected Key Results (Detailed KPIs)

    • Incident Management (First Call Resolution)
    • Prompt Response to inbound calls and emails
    • Follow up on unresolved complaint/ open tickets to closure
    • Timely Escalation/feedback to relevant units.
    • Preparing Technical Reports

    Educational Qualifications & Functional Skills:

    • Must have completed NYSC
    • (B.Sc/B.Eng) Computer Science/Computer Engineering /Electrical-Electronics engineEngineering (2.2/Upper Credit Minimum)
    • CCNA, CCNP (Desired)
    • Strong telecommunications, IP design skills, & in-depth knowledge of IP Network.
    • Excellent business communication skills both verbal and written.

    Work Experience:

    • A hands-on experience with the following is a must: IP Routing, MPLS, QOS, VPN.
    • Knowledge and experience with network security (IPSec Firewalls) are desirable.
    • Experience with Wireless Point-to-Point and Point-to-Multipoint technologies is desirable
    • Candidate must possess excellent customer interface, analytical and presentation skills and be able to influence internal and external organizations

    Corporate Social Responsibility Officer

    Purpose of the Job

    • The Corporate Social Responsibility Officer is to work with the Group Executive Director HR & Corporate Services for the creation and implementation of the organization’s social responsibility objectives as well as designing and developing the strategies that support ipNX’s CSR goals. The CSR Officer would be involved in researching, generating ideas, formulating policies, constructing comprehensive plans, establishing links with partner organizations, and implementing, managing, and overseeing a variety of activities and projects aimed at improving the environment and local communities. The officer will also manage CSR budgets and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.

    Expected Key Results

    • Support the design and execution of CSR strategies and programs aligned with the company’s goals.
    • Identify and develop new CSR opportunities and partnerships.
    • Assist in coordinating CSR events and initiatives, including community outreach programs.

    Work Experience:

    • 2–3 years of experience in CSR, community development, or a related field.

    Purpose of the Job

    • As a Marketing Communications Business Partner within our Group Marketing Team, you play a pivotal role in driving the marketing efforts for our retail division.     • Ability to execute marketing strategies across ATL and BTL channels.
    • Strong understanding of content marketing to support sales and customer experience.
    • An eye for emerging consumer trends and identifying threats in competitive marketing.
    • Data-driven mindset and an understanding of key marketing metrics in measuring success.
    • Experience developing marketing reports to showcase KPI achievements leveraging such tools as Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
    • Experience working within a group marketing structure.
