    Enterprise Sales Executive - Nigeria

    The role:

    • RedCloud is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Enterprise Sales Executive - Nigeria, with strong sales acumen and deep product knowledge to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in selling complex solutions, particularly in the FMCG sector.
    • You will play a pivotal role in driving the adoption of RedCloud's Intelligent Open Commerce Platform and helping FMCG brands, distributors, and wholesalers gain a competitive edge through data-driven insights.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Drive revenue growth by actively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the FMCG sector.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
    • Demonstrate a deep understanding of RedCloud's Intelligent Open Commerce Platform. Articulate its value proposition, features, and benefits to potential clients.
    • Educate clients on how RedCloud's platform collects and analyzes real-time data from over 50,000 data points to provide highly specific reports and insights based on current market conditions.
    • Showcase the platform's capabilities in generating highly specific and advanced reports, including segmentation tools that go beyond traditional demographic profiling.
    • Highlight the platform's predictive modelling capabilities and automated actions, emphasising its ability to flag potential issues and empower businesses to make proactive decisions.
    • Explain how RedInsights™ is directly connected to RedAds™, enabling sellers to take instant actions such as adjusting prices and initiating promotions.
    • Keep abreast of updates and advancements in RedCloud's AI capabilities, particularly in generative AI, and communicate how these enhancements benefit clients in predicting market changes.

    What we are looking for in a candidate:

    • Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in the FMCG sector.
    • Strong understanding of data-driven solutions and analytics.
    • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
    • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and compelling value propositions.
    • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
    • Familiarity with predictive modelling and AI technologies is a plus.

    Senior Manager - Customer Success

    The role:

    • We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager - Customer Success to join our Open commerce eB2B marketplace platform.
    • Your primary focus will be on driving LTV (Lifetime Value), Buyer Retention & engagement within the platform across all markets.
    • As part of the role, key indicators for you would include Average Order Value, Buying frequency, Upsell & Cross-sell ratios, Buyer Retention rates and LTV.
    • You will co-create and execute the go-to-market (GTM) strategy, track sales effectiveness, and collaborate with sales team members to drive success.
    • You will also lead the Buyer acquisition drive centrally owning the Distribution footprint. Collaboration with local sales team members across markets will be crucial in achieving these objectives. As a startup, we believe in chaos and you should be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

    What you will be doing

    • Define & Drive LTV for all Buyers on our Platform: Develop and implement customer success strategies to optimize Average Order Value, Frequency of Buying, Up-sell and Cross-Sell ratios for all Buyers.
    • Sales Performance Tracking: Implement systems and processes to track sales performance and effectiveness. Analyze sales data, identify trends, and provide insights to drive continuous improvement in sales strategies and outcomes targeted at Buyer LTV.
    • Sales Management: Manage the Sales Operations function within the FMCG domain for all markets from the Buyer side. Create and execute a GTM strategy, track sales effectiveness, and provide training and support to frontline Sales team members.
    • Buyer/Retailer Success: Drive buyer and retailer success by enhancing their experience on the platform. Optimize buyer processes, data quality, and overall engagement to increase purchase frequency and volume.
    • Buyer Footprint expansion: Improve the Buyer footprint across markets by identifying opportunities for expansion using digital mediums, online data repositories and field team engagement.
    • Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with local sales team members to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction. Develop and implement initiatives to strengthen relationships with all buyers, understand their needs, and deliver value-added services.
    • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with other teams, including marketing, product, and operations, to align customer success strategies with overall business objectives. Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize processes, data quality, and customer satisfaction.

    What you will need

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
    • 6-9 years of experience managing the sales function within the FMCG domain, preferably at a regional level. Experience in Sales Automation or Operations is advantageous.
    • Strong track record of driving target achievement and Distribution expansion in the FMCG industry.
    • In-depth understanding of buyer/retailer success principles, including optimizing buyer experience, leveraging data and influencing purchase behavior.
    • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret transactional, behavioral and profile data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
    • Self-starter with a result-oriented mindset and a focus on delivering exceptional customer success outcomes.
    • Proficiency in Sales tracking systems, CRM software, and Data analysis tools would be an advantage.

    Sales Development Representative for Brands

    The role:

    • We are looking for a talented and competitive SDR that thrives in a quick sales cycle environment, to support our growth across Nigeria.
    • Reporting into the Brand Sales Director you will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.
    • You must be comfortable making dozens of outreaches each day, generating interest, qualifying prospects.

    • Becoming a market specialist to help inform conversations with prospects.
    • Build and support relationships with decision makers and key executives in all verticals.
    • You will be measured on your success in obtaining and nurturing both Inbound and Outbound leads, developing research-based account plans, targeted messaging campaigns across multiple prospects/decision makers across various channels.
    • You will be measured on your ability to develop prospects into Sales Qualified Leads, establishing a solid understanding of business drivers, technical drivers and key differentiators.

    What you will need

    • Proven inside sales experience - supporting sales products of platform solutions, eCommerce, or marketplace solutions.
    • Experience within a fast-growing tech start-up
    • Track record of over-achieving quota
    • Strong phone and social media presence and experience dialling dozens of calls per day.
    • Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
    • Experience working with Hubspot or similar CRM
    • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
    • Strong listening and presentation skills
    • Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively.
