    Electrician - Power Plant

    A Power Plant Electrician will undertake a variety of tasks relating to installation and maintenance of electrical infrastructures in efficient ways to improve plant availability and sustain equipment reliabilities

    THE JOB

    • Perform preventive maintenance and repair on all switchgear control circuits, generators, turbines in accordance with procedures and OEM recommendations.
    • Repair and maintain electrical equipment in generating stations; tests defective equipment to determine cause of malfunction or failure.
    • Repair and replace equipment, such as relays, switches, supervisory controls, and indicating and recording instruments.
    • Partake in installation/decommissioning of power generating equipment.
    •  Perform detailed RCFA on a failed equipment or process and put further preventive actions in place.
    •  Monitor loading; operate power generation equipment in an efficient and economical manner.
    • Observe all health and safety regulations in accordance with FMN safety policies.
    • Prepare adequate reports and documentations to be in conformity with OPEX (Operational Excellence) drive.

    THE PERSON MUST 

    • Have good interpersonal and communication skills
    • Demonstrate strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all electrical maintenance tasks.
    • Be able to read and interpret electrical drawings, single‑line diagrams, and control circuit schematics.
    • Possess sound troubleshooting skills with the ability to quickly identify and resolve electrical faults

    QUALIFICATION

    • Minimum of 5 O’Level credits, including Mathematics and English.
    • NABTEB / City & Guilds (C&G) Technical in Electrical or related discipline.

    EXPERIENCE

    2–3 years hands‑on experience in industrial electrical maintenance, utilities, or power generation environm

    Product Supply Analyst Golden Penny Foods

    To support Finance and Flour Operations processes by ensuring effective monitoring of inventory transactions, production postings, stock reconciliation, and expenditure control to maintain accurate financial records and operational efficiency.

    THE JOB

    • Monitor and ensure all inventory transactions are correctly posted for raw materials, finished goods, engineering spares, and other stock items.
    • Perform monthly reconciliation of inventory sub-ledger with the general ledger and resolve all identified variances.
    • Monitor transit locations to ensure transfers are completed within standard timelines and prevent exposure to write-offs.
    • Review production postings, batch orders, and Bills of Materials to ensure accurate financial evaluation.
    • Reconcile manual inventory records with system records to ensure completeness and accuracy.

    THE PERSON MUST

    • Have good knowledge of inventory and financial reconciliation processes.
    • Be able to work with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
    • Demonstrate ability to meet strict reporting deadlines.
    • Possess good communication and teamwork skills.

    QUALIFICATION

    • B.Sc. in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related discipline.
    • Knowledge of ERP systems would be an added advantage..

    Assistant Tax Manager FMN Holdings Limited

    PURPOSE ​

    To support the organization in ensuring full compliance with all applicable tax laws and statutory requirements through accurate tax reporting, timely filing of statutory returns, proper documentation, and effective engagement with tax authorities and regulatory bodies.

    • Professional certification (ICAN) is required.

    • Minimum of two cognate experience in tax, accounting, or finance.
    • Experience in tax compliance, statutory filing, and regulatory reporting is required.

    Mechanic – Power Plant FMN Holdings

    PURPOSE ​

    To ensure the efficient and reliable operation of all installed generators in the facility, maximizing capacity utilization and minimizing downtime through proactive maintenance and effective technical support.

    THE JOB

    • Demonstrate absolute intolerance for unsafe practices by adhering to all safety, quality, and environmental standards. No changes whether self‑initiated or instructed should be made without first evaluating their impact on product quality, personnel safety, and the environment.
    • Service and repair all diesel and gas generators within the factory.
    • Operate all diesel and gas generators to ensure consistent power supply.
    • Manage the operation of main distribution panels, including power changeovers. Conduct routine maintenance and repair of generators to prevent unexpected breakdowns.
