About the Role

• The Electrical Engineer will deliver in-house electrical design and provide general site supervision, ensuring that projects meet quality, cost, and timeline objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and review electrical systems (power distribution, lighting, fire alarms, communications) using AutoCAD and other relevant software.
• Conduct general supervision of site activities not limited to electrical scope.
• Monitor site progress and ensure timely execution of electrical and general construction works.
• Maintain compliance with project specifications, program of work(POW), codes, and safety requirements.
• Collaborate with structural, mechanical, building and project teams for project integration.
• Identify risks and provide timely solutions to minimize delays and cost overruns.
• Submit site supervision reports with updates on timelines, risks, and compliance.
• Ensure efficient resource use and quality delivery on assigned projects.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from a reputable university.
• COREN registration (mandatory).
• Minimum of 5 years’ proven experience in building electrical design and general site supervision.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and electrical design tools (e.g., Revit, Dialux, ETAP).
• Good knowledge of construction codes, safety practices, and quality assurance.
• Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.

Salary
N500,000 - N700,000 / Month.

Description

• The Builder will be responsible for the day-to-day supervision of construction activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with Program of Work, quality and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide overall site supervision across all trades and disciplines.
• Coordinate workers, subcontractors, and site resources to achieve project milestones.
• Monitor construction progress against schedules and budgets, escalating issues early.
• Enforce quality control and ensure adherence to drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
• Maintain accurate site records and provide daily/weekly supervision reports.
• Identify and resolve challenges that could impact timelines, costs, or quality.
• Support engineers and management in ensuring effective project delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Building or a related discipline from a reputable university.
• Minimum of 5 years proven experience in general site supervision of building projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, quality standards, and compliance practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple activities and deliver projects to schedule.

Salary
N500,000 - N800,000 / Month.
