    eCommerce Inventory Executive

    Job Scope

    • As an eCommerce Inventory Executuve, you will be responsible for the presentation, content, SEO, maintenance, catalog and overall business health of key products and services being sold on skit.ng.

    Your daily responsibilities may include the below listed:

    • Develop, monitor, write and update product content skit.ng.
    • Develop subject matter expertise across product categories displayed on skit.ng, and take ownership of daily business administration on the platform.
    • Cultivate standards, systems and best practices for content creation, distribution, maintenance, and new product listings.
    • Work with product management, sales, graphics, and other relevant departments to provide updated content for marketing collaterals (banners, new products tags) to be shared across eCommerce platforms.
    • Possess a comprehensive understanding of platform-specific SEO best practices (wordpress), product-specific SEO best practices, work with the eCommerce Manager for pricing policies, media assets, inventory and/or pre-orders.
    • Multi-task, prioritize tasks based on level of importance, and successfully meet several deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.

    Requirements

    • B.Sc / BA in any relevant field with a minimum of 2 years work experience.
    • Proven experience as an Ecommerce Officer or Ecommerce Inventory Officer
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Possess a strong knowledge of the eCommerce space including competitive strategies, marketing strategies, product development, consumer research, usability best practices, and industry trends.

    Business Development Executive - Humanitarian Aid

    Job Description

    • The Business Development Manager will be responsible for the effective sales operations and expansion the clientele of the Humanitarian Aid through the initiation and the orchestration of profitable relationships with new and existing customers (NGO).
    • While monitoring the team’s performance to ensure the increased revenue, you will provide strategy and direction that drives customer experience and business results, in alignment with SKLD's mission.

    Based on company objectives and product vision, you will:

    • Monitoring competitor products, prices and logistics strategy that is been deployed.
    • Oversee the sales operations and expand the clientele of the Humanitarian Aid units across all regions, by opening new channels on a regular basis.
    • Identify business opportunities with both local and multinational NGOs, as well as diverse sectors and target markets.
    • Tactically build new and maintain/nurture existing relationships to generate consistent business leads.
    • Work with the procurement unit to provide timely quote in responding to RFQs.
    • Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close sales.
    • Formulate business proposals according to targeted customers’ business needs.
    • Populate the Humanitarian Aid clientele database with relevant information that could yield maximum result for the business.
    • Identify new markets and business opportunities.
    • Manage account and expansion activities.
    • Develop new opportunities and close existing ones.
    • Build meaningful relationships within the industry.
    • Ensure appropriate and timely delivery of service and products.
    • Research market trends and products.

    Job Requirements

    • Candidates should possess a Master's Degree
    • Proactive, with an innate drive to exploring different options for reaching results, autonomously.
    • High attention to details
    • Strong ability to develop and maintain beneficial relations.
    • 2-3 years proven experience in Humanitarian aid space.
    • Proven ability to generate revenue through different channels.
    • Strong team management skills.
    • Great communicator: ability to listen and get feedback from different stakeholders, you must ensure that everyone constantly aligned to the agreed KPI’s.
    • Strong leadership qualities
    • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
    • You possess strong analytical skills (proficiency in Excel).

    Salary
    N100,000 / Month.
