    Drilling / Well Intervention Subsea Advisor III

    • We are seeking an experienced Subsea Advisor to provide technical oversight and advisory support on subsea drilling, completion, and well intervention activities, ensuring alignment with company standards, regulatory requirements, and project objectives.

    Main Functions

    • This role provides technical guidance and oversight on subsea engineering activities performed internally and by contractors. The Advisor ensures execution aligns with company specifications while facilitating effective coordination, communication, and delivery across multidisciplinary teams.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Act as Company representative interfacing on subsea trees, wellheads, hangers, and pressure control equipment (e.g., subsea BOPs, SSTT, CWOR, LWI)
    • Coordinate and oversee surface integrity tests (SIT), recertification, and FAT/EFAT processes
    • Support subsea equipment and ROV-related risk assessments for drilling, completions, and intervention operations
    • Develop procedures for brownfield surveys, subsea equipment deployment/retrieval, and ROV tooling
    • Monitor subsea and ROV service providers, providing troubleshooting and project support
    • Ensure effective communication and alignment across project teams and stakeholders

    Requirements

    • Proven experience in a similar subsea advisory or engineering role
    • Strong knowledge of subsea completions, workover, and intervention operations (semi-submersibles, jack-ups, multipurpose vessels)
    • Experience managing subsea system interfaces and simultaneous operations
    • Familiarity with subsea hydraulic modeling, well testing, flow assurance, and production optimization
    • Strong organizational, technical judgment, and problem-solving skills
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
    • Proficiency in MS Office tools
    • Ability to work in offshore/remote environments and across diverse teams
    • Willingness to travel and work extended rotations

    Mechanical Technician II

    • We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Technician to support maintenance activities, ensuring safe and efficient execution of mechanical work in line with company standards.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Support maintenance and testing of mechanical equipment and systems
    • Review job packs and execute assigned tasks as planned
    • Identify and mitigate safety risks prior to execution
    • Utilize on-the-job safety tools and comply with permit-to-work processes

    Rig Supervisor III

    • We are seeking an experienced Rig Supervisor to represent the company on-site and ensure the safe, efficient execution of drilling and completion operations in line with approved well plans and company standards.

    Main Functions

    • This role serves as the primary on-site representative, coordinating rig and third-party personnel while ensuring that logistics, safety standards, and operational procedures are effectively managed and executed.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Communicate and enforce Safety, Security, Health, and Environment (SSHE) expectations on site
    • Ensure compliance with company operational integrity (OI) systems and standards
    • Monitor rig operations to ensure adherence to well control procedures and proper emergency response
    • Ensure required safety, environmental, and operational drills are conducted at prescribed intervals
    • Verify that drilling and completion activities align with approved procedures, applying Management of Change (MOC) where necessary
    • Coordinate logistics for personnel, equipment, and services to support efficient operations
    • Support real-time operational surveillance (kick detection, abnormal pressure, torque & drag, mud properties, solids control)
    • Prepare and submit accurate operational reports
    • Interface with engineering and geology teams to ensure alignment with well objectives and execution plans

    Requirements

    • Proven experience in rig supervisory or leadership roles within drilling and completion operations
    • Experience working with a major Operator or Drilling Contractor
    • Valid Well Control certification (required)
    • Strong understanding of well control, drilling operations, and rig site management
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
    • Ability to operate effectively in high-pressure offshore environments

    Engineering – Materials Lead III

    • We are seeking a highly experienced Materials Lead to manage and coordinate the flow of materials, equipment, and components across project sites, ensuring alignment with delivery schedules, project priorities, and operational requirements.

    Main Functions

    • This role is responsible for overseeing materials management processes, ensuring accurate tracking, storage, and movement of materials across departments and sites. The Materials Lead also ensures that all records are properly maintained and supports project delivery through effective coordination and control.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Oversee and maintain accurate records of material inventory, delivery, shipping, storage, and location status
    • Monitor and coordinate the movement of materials across departments and project sites
    • Ensure proper arrangement for repair and/or assembly of company-provided materials and equipment

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field

    • Strong knowledge of industry equipment and materials identification
    • Extensive experience with SAP material catalogs and search tools
    • Good understanding of plant operations and material usage
    • Knowledge of quality control systems and procedures
    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access)
    • Strong time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to influence stakeholders and work across teams

    Drilling Project OI Advisor III

    • We are seeking an experienced SSHE-focused professional to support drilling operations by ensuring compliance, driving safety performance, and strengthening operational risk management across project and rig sites.

    Main Functions

    • This role provides SSHE leadership and advisory support for drilling project activities, ensuring compliance with company standards, regulatory requirements, and safe execution across all operational phases.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide SSHE oversight for drilling projects, rig sites, and rig move operations
    • Develop and maintain SSHE programs, plans, and induction processes
    • Conduct compliance audits and site inspections in line with company standards
    • Monitor contractor SSHE performance and ensure adherence to safety requirements
    • Support incident reporting, investigation, and implementation of corrective actions
    • Facilitate SSHE meetings, forums, and safety steering committees
    • Identify safety trends and drive proactive risk mitigation initiatives
    • Ensure continuous improvement in site safety culture and awareness

    Requirements

    • Strong knowledge of drilling operations and SSHE regulations
