    Sales Development Representative

    Job Summary

    • As anSDR, you will be thefrontline of our sales team. Your primary responsibility is toidentify, engage, and qualify prospective customerswhile booking high-quality meetings and demos for our Account Executives. You will work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to convert interest into opportunities.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Research and identify potential customers in target industries (SMBs, Enterprises, Public Sector).
    • Generate leads through outbound calls, emails, social selling, and networking.
    • Respond to inbound inquiries and qualify prospects using frameworks such as BANT/MEDDIC.
    • Book product demos and meetings for the Account Executives.
    • Maintain accurate records of activities, leads, and pipeline in CRM (Zoho/Dynamics 365).
    • Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns and follow up with leads generated.
    • Consistently achieve or exceed targets for meetings booked and pipeline contribution.

    Qualifications & Skills

    • 1–2 years of experience in a Sales/SDR/BDR role (preferably in SaaS or IT solutions).
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both written and verbal).
    • Strong prospecting and cold-calling ability.
    • Familiarity with CRM tools (Zoho, Dynamics 365, or similar).
    • Resilient, self-motivated, and target-driven.
    • Knowledge of HR solutions, SaaS, or B2B tech sales is a plus.

    Direct Sales Agent

    Position Overview

    • We are seeking a results-driven, self-motivated Direct Sales Agent (DSA) to join our growing Sales and Business Development team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full sales cycle — from prospecting and lead generation through to deal closure — and will play a critical role in driving revenue growth for the organisation.
    • This is a target-driven, field-facing role designed for individuals who thrive in a high-performance sales environment and are motivated by results-linked compensation.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Prospect and generate new business leads through cold calling, physical field visits, referrals, and professional networking
    • Qualify leads and advance opportunities through the sales pipeline to deal closure
    • Schedule and conduct product demonstrations and presentations to decision-makers
    • Achieve and exceed assigned weekly activity KPIs and monthly revenue targets
    • Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and closing documentation

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Candidates should possess an OND, HND, or B.Sc. in any discipline with 1–3 years of demonstrable B2B or field sales experience
    • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
    • Experience in SaaS, HR technology, or B2B software sales is a distinct advantage
    • Proficiency in the use of CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite

    • Strong prospecting ability — self-starter who generates their own pipeline
    • Excellent verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
    • High resilience and ability to manage rejection in a demanding sales environment
    • Disciplined and organised, with ability to manage a full pipeline independently
    • Strong business acumen and understanding of client decision-making processes
    • Integrity and professionalism in all client and internal interactions
