Job Brief

• We are looking for a Drafter to work with our team ofEngineersand convert designs concept into technical plans.
• Drafter responsibilities include gathering drawings and specifications, calculating material and equipment requirements and setting up production methods.
• If you have hands-on experience with computer-aided design (CAD) software and are familiar with Mechanical and Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) in building processes, we’d like to meet you.
• Ultimately, you’ll be part of the team that will build functional, secure and well-designed MEP plan that meet our needs.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with our pools of engineers to gather product and MEP requirements and designs
• To be part of ongoing design activities especially on shop drawing and detailing drawings as per requirements of consultant and client.
• Must be experienced in MEP design and detail drawings.
• The preparation of design drawings based on rough sketches, specification and calculations from MEP Engineers, surveyors and architects as the case maybe
• Prepare finished drawings for construction work from sketches, specifications, and field note
• Be able to understand MEP calculations for HVAC drawings, plumbing, piping, small substation and electrical works
• Be able to understand change requirements, including but not limited to piping, plumbing, firefighting and Electrical design
• Creating 3D models using AutoCAD/MEP software,
• Creating large scale details in plan , section, elevation
• Experience in MEP design detailing.
• Work with MEP design and site team for smooth coordination for design and installation work
• Work with engineers to ensure final designs comply with regulations and quality standards.

Requirements

• Minimum is requirement is Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Knowledge of MS Word, Excel & Outlook, and Auto Cad is required. Knowledge of popular design software is desirable (Such as SAP).
• A minimum of 3+ years of MEP Drafting experience is required.
• Knowledge of Navisworks is a plus.

Job Role

• Responsible for installation, commissioning, evaluation, diagnose, perform corrective maintenance (CM) and planned maintenance (PM) on medical equipment and drive customer satisfaction through Service Excellence.

Essential Responsibilities

• Maintain all models specific to the assigned modalities in the given area.
• Perform system level trouble-shooting to reduce down time of the units.
• Work as a member of local team to provide efficient service delivery to the customers within assigned area.
• Maintain interface with doctors, operators and administrators on equipment status issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Assist in Sales visits, help train others where necessary, identify Sales opportunities & communicate them to Sales team.
• Responsible for Warranty and CMC cost control and Up time.
• Implement FCOs (Field Change Order) on time.
• Responsibly complete all administration tasks on time (e.g., ensure timely completion of Service/Installation Reports, Travel Requests etc.).
• Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines.
• Revenue generation by promoting maintenance agreements and upgrades.
• Enhance and maintain technical knowledge of current standards, codes and procedures regarding safe and effective use of medical equipment as well as Environment Health and Safety requirements.

Requirements

• Qualified to Degree level in Electronics / Biomedical Engineering / Electrical / Instrumentation.
• Minimum of Five Years’ field experience in trouble shooting CT units and X-Ray Systems.
• Ability to work independently with minimum direction and willing to travel on short notice within the assigned area.
• High work ethics, quality and integrity.
• Shows Initiative and motivation.
• Excellent communication skills, listening skills, and interpersonal skills with Proficiency in English.
