    Director, IT Audit

    Position Overview:

    • The Director, IT Audit will direct IT Audit operations and strategy for auditing information systems, platforms and operating procedures following established procedures following established policies and standards for efficiency, accuracy and security. This hybrid role requires someone who is organized and methodical who has very strong audit and risk assessment experience.

    Key Resposibilities

    • Develop an annual IT Audit Plan that will specify the audit work to be conducted across the enterprise infrastructure. The scope and frequency of the audits will depend on the risk and impact of potential deficiencies in the IT related processes and systems. The risks can be related to traditional financial impacts, but also to issues which could violate certain regulatory requirements.
    • Lead annual and/or ongoing evaluation of IT infrastructure and establish control and audit procedures to identify areas of risks and non-compliance.
    • Coordinate all IT Audit works, evaluate audit results and recommend improvements in current risk management controls, system implementation and upgrade processes
    • Review audit repotd and supporting work papers to ensure that reports are well written, and findings, conclusions and recommendations are properly supported, prior to formal release to and follow-up actions with relevant stakeholders
    • Establish and facilitate the achievement of all performance indicators in the annual goals of the Internal Audit division.
    • Develop competency and capacity of IT Audit Associates and Manager(s) with training and coaching that reflect IT Auditing best practices. Supervise and evaluate the performance of IT Audit Associates and Manager(s)
    • Collaborate with other Divisional Directors within Internal Audit to ensure that activities of Internal Audit are effectively and efficiently coordinated
    • Represent Internal Audit at meetings with other business divisions in Moniepoint Group and external stakeholders.
    • Perform other jobs (ad hoc) related duties assigned by the Chief Audit Officer.

    Qualifications

    • Education: Bachelors degree and a Masters degree in any of the following: Computer Information Systems, IT, Cybersecurity, Information or Business
    • At least one of the following certifications: CISA, CISSP, CISM, CGEIT, CRISC, ISO/ IEC 27001 & ISO 22301- LEad Auditors
    • Demonstrate strong data analytics capabilities, including SQL database scripting, visualization methods, techniques, and tools (e.g., Power BI, Alterxy, Tableau, etc.).

    Experience:

    • Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience, including 5+ years of integrated Financial/IT Auditing Experience

    Creative Strategist

    About the role

    • The Creative Strategist connects the business goals, customers, and creative execution and can develop insight-driven creative strategies that produce compelling campaigns, ensuring that every brand message is relevant, impactful, and results-driven.
    • The role will report to the Creative Director and will work closely with the Copy Writers and Senior Art Director, to craft ideas that drive engagement, brand loyalty, and conversion across multiple touchpoints.

    Responsibilities
    Strategy Development:

    • Define and execute a bold, creative vision that aligns with business objectives and brand strategy.
    • Develop big ideas, storytelling frameworks, and engaging narratives that elevate our brand’s presence across digital, print, video, and experiential platforms.

    Campaign Ideation & Brief Interpretation:

    • Lead brainstorming sessions and creative workshops to generate fresh ideas.
    • Develop campaign messaging and storytelling frameworks.
    • Work closely with copywriters and designers to ensure creative stays on strategy.
    • Provide creative direction for content, visuals, and messaging across multiple platforms

    Multi-Channel Strategy & Execution

    • Develop creative approaches for digital, social, experiential and influencer marketing.
    • Guide content development for branded storytelling, video, social, and experiential activations.
    • Ensure that campaigns are optimized for engagement, retention, and conversion.

    Performance Optimization & Testing:

    • Partner with analytics teams to measure and refine creative effectiveness.
    • Iterate and optimize campaigns based on real-time performance data.

    Requirements

    • 5+ years of experience in creative strategy, brand strategy, or brand management (agency or in-house).
    • Strong portfolio of successful campaigns and strategic storytelling work.
    • Understanding of consumer research, audience segmentation, and trend forecasting.
    • Experience writing creative ideation, campaign strategies, and brand messaging frameworks.
    • Deep understanding of digital, social, experiential, and emerging media platforms.
    • Familiarity with performance marketing metrics and creative testing methodologies.
    • Strong storytelling and presentation skills—ability to sell ideas persuasively.
    • Proficiency in tools like social listening platforms, and content performance trackers.

    Senior Art Director

    About the Role

    • As the Senior Art Director, you will be responsible for leading the visual identity and creative expression of brand campaigns, product communications, and multi-channel brand initiatives. 
    • You will report to the creative director, lead a team of designers and collaborate closely with the creative strategists, copywriters, social media managers and cross-functional teams to create compelling, high-quality work that resonates with consumers and drives brand impact.
    • This role requires a blend of conceptual thinking, hands-on design execution, leadership, and strategic vision to push the brand’s creative boundaries.

    Responsibilities
    Creative Leadership & Concept Development:

    • Develop bold, innovative, distinct and high-impact visual concepts that immediately differentiates and sets apart Moniepoint
    • Champion brand aesthetics and design excellence across all creative outputs.
    • Collaborate with copywriters and content strategists to develop compelling, cohesive brand narratives

    Multi-Channel Visual Execution:

    • Collaborate to refine motion graphics, animation, photography, and videography to enhance brand storytelling.
    •  Oversee creative execution across digital, print, experiential, OOH and other specified platforms.
    • Ensure consistency in brand identity, typography, color palettes, and visual language across all platforms.
    • Translate consumer insights into visually engaging, customer-centric creative that enhances engagement and conversion.

    Team Leadership & Mentorship:

    • Provide constructive feedback and visual/creative direction to elevate design quality and brand impact.
    • Lead and mentor a team of graphic designers.
    • Create an environment of collaboration, experimentation, and continuous improvement.
    • Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor visuals, and emerging creative technologies to keep the brand at the forefront.

    Production Oversight & Quality Control:

    • Oversee design production processes, ensuring assets are optimized for different formats and channels.
    • Collaborate with external vendors, and print houses to execute high-quality production.
    • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and at the highest creative standard.

    Requirements

    • 7+ years of experience in art direction, design, and visual storytelling (agency or in-house).
    • Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality campaign work across digital, print, and motion graphics.
    • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects), Figma, Sketch, and other design tools.
    • Deep understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and design principles.
    • Leadership experience mentoring and directing designers.
    • Experience in creative production workflows, print production, and digital asset management.
    • Experience in directing photoshoots, video productions, and motion graphics projects.
    • Motion graphics and 3D design experience is a welcome advantage
    • Background in UX/UI and interactive design will be considered a plus but not mandatory
