    Digital Marketing Officer

    Responsibilities
    Briefing:

    • Review the marketing strategy and priorities for the day.
    • Check emails and respond to urgent inquiries.
    • Edith videos
    • Design display banners

    Social Media Management:

    • Post engaging content on company social media accounts (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook).
    • Engage with followers, respond to comments, and monitor industry conversations.

    Content Creation:

    • Develop content for the company blog, ensuring alignment with SEO best practices.
    • Coordinate with the design team to create visually appealing graphics for upcoming campaigns.

    Email Marketing:

    • Plan and schedule email campaigns targeting potential clients and industry stakeholders.
    • Segment email lists and personalize content for different target audiences.

    Market Research:

    • Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
    • Identify opportunities for digital marketing campaigns based on market insights.

    Collaborative Meetings:

    • Attend meetings with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
    • Discuss ongoing campaigns, receive feedback, and strategize for future initiatives.

    Analytics and Reporting:

    • Analyze performance metrics from recent campaigns using analytics tools.
    • Prepare a report highlighting key insights and areas for improvement.

    SEO and SEM Optimization:

    • Review and optimize website content for SEO.
    • Monitor and adjust paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads) for optimal performance.

    Wrap-up and Planning for Tomorrow:

    • Respond to any remaining emails or messages.
    • Plan tasks and priorities for the next day.
    • Prepare a summary of achievements and challenges to share in the next team meeting.

    Data Capturing Via Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Reports:

    • Render marketing activities reports to your supervisor weekly or as the case may be.
    • Capture accurately leads, customers and opportunities and other required information daily using ERP solution.

    Others:

    • Other marketing activities as may be assigned from time to time by supervisors.

    Qualifications

    • Candidates should possess a B.Sc / HND qualification
    • Graphics and Video Editing skills

    Business Development Officer

    Responsibilities

    • Working with the business development executive to implement marketing strategies.
    • Generate leads, turn leads into opportunities and convert them into customers.
    • Assist to ensure the office is operational within the set rules and regulations.
    • Contributing to the company’s social media accounts contents and assisting in their management.
    • Meeting with potential and existing clients to present company’s offerings and initiate business deals.
    • Handle sales and coordinate transition and delivery of their products and services.
    • Build coordination with internal teams to develop new sales and marketing strategies.
    • Consult with senior management to discuss innovation or development in existing products and services to meet the market demand.
    • Get contacts of potential customers via cold calling, emailing and internet search.
    • Identify and qualify new customers as per company's policies and business model.
    • Coordinate appointments, calls and meetings between senior management and customers for discussing new opportunities and for business expansions.
    • Conduct meetings with internal teams and customers to discuss project development and delivery stages.
    • Maintain and regularly update the customer database, such as names, phone numbers and email addresses on the ERP.
    • Work with teams to achieve the monthly, quarterly or yearly targeted sales/revenue.
    • Assist the team with other responsibilities as required.

    Requirements

    • Degree in Marketing, Business Administration and Economics
    • 2– 6 years’ work experience in a similar role
