    Digital Marketing Manager

    • As the Digital Marketing Manager, we are entrusting our online image to you.
    • You will help us shape the kind of stories we tell online and how we are perceived by digital audiences and how we can convert positive attention towards meeting our goals for the church.
    • You will have the opportunity to imagine new ways to connect with our potential audiences in online spaces through integrated digital marketing campaigns.
    • You will conceptualise and execute new and innovative ideas that share our values to a wide audience and inspire them to take action and report to Head of strategy and communication.

    Job responsibilities.

    • Planning digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising
    • Maintaining our social media presence across all digital channels.
    • Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns.
    • You will work with the marketing team, supporting teams and vendors to launch campaigns on time and on budget
    • Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
    • Design, build and maintain our social media presence
    • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
    • Identify trends and insights, and optimise spend and performance based on the insights
    • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
    • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
    • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimise user experience
    • Utilise strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points

    • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
    • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate

    Qualification / Requirements

    • HND/BSc/MSc in marketing or a related field
    • Proven working experience in digital marketing and advertising company, NGO or Church
    • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
    • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
    • Experience in optimising landing pages and user funnels
    • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiment
    • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends
    • Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas)
    • Experience in setting up and optimising Google Adwords campaigns
    • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
    • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking

    Lead Nurturing and Conversion Specialist

    • We are at a place in our growth as a church where we need able hands who can sift through the noise and foster genuine conversations about our ministry.
    • This is why we need a Lead Nurturing & conversation specialist, who has the skills and experience to discern who is valuable to our ministry and can capture those new prospects, qualify them based on the function they have been ordained to serve in our ministry and engage them using CRM and other automated tools.

    • As a community manager at Harvesters International Christian Church, you will be a custodian of our online communities.
    • Your role will be to safeguard our online presence, ensuring that we are represented as positively and as authentically as possible.
    • You will also nurture our online communities, engaging them constructively, communicating their needs to the Church and nurturing their growth in Christ through edifying content and interactions.
    • You will become our apostle, standing in place of our pastors and able to speak in their name on all community communications.
