    Digital Marketer / Social Media Manager

    Key Responsibilities

    • Plan and manage digital advertising campaigns across relevant platforms
    • Handle the company’s social media pages and ensure regular, engaging content
    • Create and manage content for marketing and brand awareness
    • Support website updates and ensure online information is current and relevant
    • Design simple marketing materials, graphics, and promotional creatives
    • Monitor campaign performance and provide basic reports and insights
    • Work with management to improve online presence and customer engagement
    • Support lead generation and conversion efforts through digital channels

    Requirements

    • 1–3 years of relevant experience in digital marketing
    • Good understanding of social media management, digital ads, and content creation
    • Basic knowledge of graphics design and website management
    • Ability to create engaging and professional content
    • Good communication and reporting skills
    • Creative, proactive, and result-oriented
    • Ability to work both independently and with a team.

    Customer Service Representative

    Job Summary

    • Myafrimall Logistics Limited is currently seeking smart and service-driven NYSC Corp members to join our team as a customer service representative.
    • This is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in logistics operations, customer relationship management, and branch coordination within a fast-paced and growth-focused environment.

    Key Responsibilities 

    • Attend to walk-in and online customer enquiries professionally.
    • Provide accurate information about shipment processes and company services.
    • Process and document shipments accurately.
    • Prepare shipping documentation and maintain proper records.
    • Monitor shipments and provide timely updates to customers.
    • Support daily branch operations as assigned.

    Requirements

    • Must be a serving NYSC corps member.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision.
    • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel is an added advantage.
    • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
    • Must be posted to or willing to serve in the specified branch location.
