    Digital Marketer / Social Media Manager

    Job Description
    The successful candidate will be stationed in the Lagos office and oversee all aspects of Hyride social media Service as well as perform the following key activities:

    • Own the day to day digital marketing strategies, with responsibility for how our brand shows up externally across social media platforms
    • Build and execute digital marketing/social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, emai messaging and audience identification
    • Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections.
    • Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content.
    • Adhere to SEO guidelines for content and manage implementation of SEO best practices.
    • Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information.
    • Collaborate with other departments to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions.
    • Attend networking events, mixers to promote company brand and reputation.
    • Attend career fairs to identify and recruit potential internal employment leads.
    • Target various engineering programs/groups/forums for recruiting purposes.
    • Maintain all internal company communications acting as the liaison between employees and executive management.
    • Uphold company’s positive culture through continuous employee engagement.
    • Organize/coordinate/plan all company events and gatherings.
    • Provide weekly project updates to internal staff.
    • Assist with various administrative/office duties as needed.

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess an OND / HND / Bachelor's Degree with 3 - 5 years work experience.

    Remuneration
    N60,000 - N100,000 Monthly.

    Business Development Officer

    Job Details
    The successful candidate will be stationed in the Lagos office, must reside on the Island and oversee all aspects of Hyride Business Development as well as perform the following key activities:

    • Broker, close new business deals, identify and exploit cross selling opportunities for Hyride
    • Maintain existing client relationships relationships in order to generate high volume of prospective clients on behalf of Hyride
    • Respond to the client queries regarding the products in a timely fashion.
    • Develop business proposals for new and existing customers
    • Prepare and agree strategic marketing targets and track the expenses against the budget
    • Participate in industry forums, client discussions, and conferences as a representative of the organization.

    Key Performance Indicators
    The Business Development Officer will be appraised by the following parameters:

    • Volume of new business
    • Value of new business
    • Number of customer complaints
    • Customer satisfaction rating.

    Job Requirements

    • B.Sc. in Social Sciences (Post Graduate Degree is an added advantage)
    • 3 - 5 years working experience in a similar role.
    • Ideal candidate is techy, detailed, result oriented, resourceful, proactive, and is well-experienced in Business Development.
    • Candidate must be a team player, should possess the ability to work under pressure, grow together with the company.

    Salary
    N60,000 - N120,000 monthly.

    Customer Care Service Officer

    Job Description
    The successful candidates will be stationed in the Lagos office and oversee all aspects of Hyride Customer Service as well as perform the following key activities:

    • Promptly and professionally respond to customer enquiries about Hyride products
    • Promptly and professionally escalate and resolve to customer complaints
    • Schedule and coordinate internal andexternal events
    • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
    • Assist business development and driver acquisition in verifying and following up with sales leads
    • Tracking and collating intelligence on customer reviews via smart tracking tools
    • Manage the smooth operation of the Hyride call center
    • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

    The Business Development Officer will be appraised by the following parameters:

    • Speed of resolution of customer complaints
    • Number of customer service complaints reported
    • Frequency of call center download.

    Qualifications

    • Candidates should possess an OND, HND or B.Sc Degree with 3-4 years work experience.

    Salary
    N40,000 - N50,000 / Month.
