    Digital Learning Consultant

    Job Responsibilities
    The Digital Learning Consultant, will be assigned the following primary responsibilities, among others:

    • Drive extensive business development in technical delivery issues across multiple platforms and devices
    • Familiarity with instructional design methods and processes
    • Experience with video production and video editing tools
    • Expert on the use of various off the shelf e-learning development and delivery tools including Articulate, authoring tools etc.
    • Be familiar with graphic design, audio, and video elements and software as they pertain to online course design and delivery
    • Maintains simulation software, corresponding peripheral components, and equipment.
    • Expand market share and visibility in these sectors
    • Deploy online and direct marketing techniques for maximum success
    • Build winning marketing programs to support specific marketing objectives across different channels and segments in support of business development.
    • Carry out winning presentations to prospects to support business development
    • Have handful experience in developing, implementing and managing marketing campaigns

    Requirements

    • A Bachelor's degree in the Business sciences - Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Graphic Design, Administration, with a 2:1 or first class from a top-tier university
    • A second degree or professional qualification is a plus
    • Minimum 4-5 years of successful project management and business development experience in the Digital Marketing sector.
    • Minimum 2 years experience of successfully selling at chief executive levels Evidence of meeting and exceeding sales targets
    • Excellent presentation skills
    • Excellent verbal communication skills
    • Strong networking ability
    • Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges

    The Team lead, Power, will be assigned the following primary responsibilities, among others:

    Job Responsibilities
    The Digital Sales Consultant will be assigned the following primary responsibilities as well collaboration with subject matter experts to design, develop and roll out cutting edge courses that meet the changing needs of the firm’s market:

    • Drive extensive business development of its learning solutions across the firm’s markets of Finance, Power, Manufacturing, Public Sector etc across Africa
    • Expand the firm’s market share and visibility into Leadership positions in the target sector in Africa

    E-Learning Developer

    Job Responsibilities
    The eLearning Developer will be responsible for:

    • Designing and creating engaging, effective e-learning courses. This includes creating SCORM content using storyline and other e-learning tools; building quizzes and interactivity; audio recording; testing of courses prior to their release; uploading courses in to the VLE; maintenance and refreshing of content in existing e-learning courses.
    • Reports the status of projects to the eLearning Co-ordinator.
    • Work with the eLearning Co-ordinator to develop release and development timelines.

    Requirements
    This ideal candidate must possess the following;

    • Bachelor’s degree in Account, Business administration with a 2:1 or First class relevant professional certifications
    • Fresh Graduates with NYSC Certificate, have at least a year experience in any HTML 5 e-learning authoring tools like Adobe Captivate or Articulate StoryLine 360
    • Be familiar with user-experience design
    • Have basic skills in front end web development (CSS, HTML and Java Script)
    • Have good communication skills (oral & written)
    • Be familiar with popular LMS like Moodle, Blackboard, Google class etc
    • Leadership skills and smart.
