    DevOps Engineer

    Role Description

    • The DevOps Engineer role at Conclase is a contract, on-site position based in Lagos. The individual in this role will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, automating infrastructure provisioning, and ensuring reliable deployment processes across development and production environments. Day-to-day activities include managing Linux-based systems, monitoring application performance, troubleshooting infrastructure and deployment issues, and collaborating with software development teams to improve release cycles. The DevOps Engineer will also contribute to operational best practices, documentation, and security hardening of systems and services.

    Qualifications

    • Manage and optimize Azure cloud infrastructure and services.
    • Administer GitHub repositories, branching strategies, and access controls.
    • Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and Azure Pipelines.
    • Implement Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/Bicep).
    • Deploy and manage containerized applications using Docker and AKS.
    • Monitor system performance, reliability, and security.
    • Automate operational tasks using PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
    • Troubleshoot production issues and support high-availability environments.
    • Collaborate with development, security, and operations teams to improve delivery and operational efficiency.
    • Banking or fintech experience is a must.
    • Hands-on experience with Continuous Integration tools and pipelines to support frequent, reliable releases.
    • Familiarity with cloud platforms (such as AWS, Azure, or GCP) and related security and networking concepts.
    • Ability to write clear technical documentation and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
    • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset, with openness to continuous learning and improvement.

    Tech Sales & Business Development Executive

    Role Summary

    • The Tech Sales & Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, building strong client relationships, and closing deals across Conclase's service offerings. This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about sales, thrive on achieving targets, and are motivated by performance-based rewards.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Identify and develop new business opportunities across target industries.
    • Generate qualified leads and convert them into paying clients.
    • Promote Conclase's technology consulting, talent outsourcing, corporate training, and software development services.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and key decision-makers.
    • Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close business deals.
    • Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide regular sales updates.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
    • Represent Conclase at business meetings, networking events, and industry engagements.

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Experience selling technology solutions or professional services is an advantage.
    • Strong network within the corporate ecosystem is highly desirable.
    • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
