    Tech Sales & Business Development Executive

    Role Summary

    • The Tech Sales & Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, building strong client relationships, and closing deals across Conclase's service offerings. This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about sales, thrive on achieving targets, and are motivated by performance-based rewards.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Identify and develop new business opportunities across target industries.
    • Generate qualified leads and convert them into paying clients.
    • Promote Conclase's technology consulting, talent outsourcing, corporate training, and software development services.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and key decision-makers.
    • Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close business deals.
    • Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide regular sales updates.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
    • Represent Conclase at business meetings, networking events, and industry engagements.

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
    • Minimum of 2 years' experience in B2B Sales or Business Development.
    • Experience selling technology solutions or professional services is an advantage.
    • Strong network within the corporate ecosystem is highly desirable.
    • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
