Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the design team to conceptualize and develop furniture designs that reflect the company's brand identity and market trends.
• Create detailed technical drawings, 3D models, and renderings to effectively communicate design concepts to the manufacturing team.
• Research emerging design trends, materials, and manufacturing processes to incorporate innovative ideas into furniture designs.
• Develop prototypes and mock-ups to test and validate design concepts, ensuring feasibility and functionality.
• Work closely with the production team to ensure seamless transition from design to manufacturing, providing technical guidance as needed.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, industry standards, and ergonomic and safety considerations in all designs.
• Partner with suppliers and manufacturers to select suitable materials, finishes, and hardware, balancing cost, quality, and sustainability.
• Participate in design review meetings, offering insights to improve designs and streamline production processes.
• Manage project timelines to ensure design deliverables meet established deadlines.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture or a related field.
• 3 - 5 years’ experience in furniture design, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Rhino for technical drawings and 3D modeling.
• Strong aesthetic sensibility and attention to detail, with the ability to balance form and function in designs.
• In-depth knowledge of materials, finishes, and manufacturing processes used in furniture production.
• Familiarity with sustainability principles and a commitment to eco-friendly design practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to convey design concepts effectively to cross-functional teams.
• Strong project management skills, including task prioritization, meeting deadlines, and adapting to evolving project requirements.

• We are seeking an experienced Project Supervisor with an architectural background to plan, organize, and oversee all installation processes, ensuring seamless service delivery andclient satisfaction.

Responsibilities
Strategy & Budgets:

• Implement and maintain installation strategies aligned with customer objectives.
• Develop systems to track productivity, standards, and performance targets to ensure effective installation and project completion.
• Provide daily updates on site status and progress.

Installation Planning & Organizing:

• Plan and oversee day-to-day site installations to meet specifications and deadlinesand exceed our customers’ expectations
• Optimize workflows and evaluate installation schedules for team development tomeasure due date delivery performance.
• Conduct pre-installation meetings and implement cost-saving strategies to reduceexpenses and increase productivity across all client sites
• Develop and maintain metrics for quality, delivery, and safety.

Team Management:

• Build strong rapport with the installation team through open communication,promote a positive, safe , productive and efficient work environment
• Continually analyze, identify and set expectations to motivate team members toachieve objectives and goals
• Daily appraisal of team members to ensure excellent performance.

Quality Assurance:

• Ensure products meet quality standards to reduce rework costs.
• Monitor installation standards at all stages.

Process Improvement:

• Recommend measures to minimize waste and improve installation practices.
• Promote continuous improvement and self-development.

Customer Management:

• Ensure timely, cost-effective delivery of installations.
• Provide regular updates to clients on project progress.

Key Requirements

• HND / B.Sc Degree in Architecture or any other relevant discipline
• Advanced Degrees (M.Sc., MBA) or certifications (PMP) are an advantage.
• Minimum of 5 years' relevant experience, preferably in furniture manufacturing or architecture.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in strategic thinking, project management, and problem-solving.

• We are seeking a proactive and experienced Maintenance Officer to join our production team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring all machinery and equipment are in top working condition to support uninterrupted production and smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out routine maintenance, repairs, and servicing of machines and equipment.
• Perform periodic inspections and troubleshoot machinery faults.
• Ensure all maintenance activities are completed safely and in compliance with company policies.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities and report equipment status to the line manager.
• Coordinate with production teams to minimize downtime.
• Monitor and replenish maintenance supplies/tools as needed.

Key Requirements

• B.Sc. / HND in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum of 2 years’ hands-on experience in equipment maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Good knowledge of wood manufacturing machine like CNC machine and others.
• Ability to work under pressure and respond to emergencies.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety practices.
