Job Requirements

• Familiar with HVPN / Seamless IPRAN solution and have the ability to do troubleshooting for complex problems.
• Familiar with datacom related technologies such as MPLS L3VPN / L2VPN, IGP / BGP/Qos;
• Experience in actual project delivery, customer technology communication, and certifications such as CCIE /HCIE is preferred.

• Manage vendor relationships and key milestones for Infrastructure on-time delivery
• Manager fibre acceptance for performance characteristics, including Optical Time-Domain Reflectometer analysis
• Drive metric driven quarterly business vendor reviews

Job Summary 

• A microwave planning engineer that can plan and optimize, Microwave transmission network infrastructure to support network expansion, technological evolution and resilience enhancement.
• The Key engineer for the quality of transmission network.

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for all Access /Back haul Microwave network planning, design and optimization activities to support network and services rollout in the assigned region
• Responsible for the design of new access microwave links for new site (2G,3G,LTE) connectivity and minimize dependency levels of sites
• Generate transmission link budget for site connectivity (2G,3G,LTE) with planning tools, such as pathloss, iRiver
• Ensure all line of sight (LOS) survey for transmission links are conducted and approved for rollout
• Responsible for daily monitoring of transmission network utilization/performance with the view of carrying out optimization activities as may be required.
• Prepare Microwave Spectrum frequency utilization report for NCC reports
• Keep abreast of global and local best practice as it relates to transmission planning and design.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge and databases of existing access transmission infrastructure

Job Requirements:

• B.Sc / HND in Electrical Engineering or related field.

• Familiar with Optical Architecture, and Protocols.

Duties

• Manage customer satisfaction. Communicating with medium and high-level customers through presentation, regular meetings, and daily communication.
• Collaborate with Product Engineering and Yield Engineering to specify appropriate test plans.
• Specify, acquire, and integrate test equipment required to support specified test plans.
• Develop, deploy, and support the completion of test solutions for high-performance RF products.
• Support the transfer of test solutions to contract manufacturing domestic, & overseas partners.
• Respond to and support low yielding lots to identify and remedy any test-related root causes.
• Establish and comply with test standardization including HW, SW, methods, and procedures.
• Implement robust monitoring methodologies to enable early detection of excursions in yield and equipment performance before a product is impacted and production resources are wasted.
• Collaborate with Product Engineering, Yield Engineering and Manufacturing Engineering to achieve robust test solution performance in support of yield, quality, and productivity goals.

Job Requirements:

• 5 years RNO&P work experience, have ability on GSM and LTE system test/analysis/optimization be familiar with Nokia BSC/BTS and eNB principle
• Familiar with Nokia 24G KPI monitoring/performance optimization/feature deployment, etc, know how to do worst cell analysis and optimization
• Be familiar with Nokia EMS system, know how to extract KPI using the tool
