    Data Analyst

    Job Summary

    • As the Data Analyst, you will collect, analyze, and interpret sales, market, and operational data to support strategic decision-making, improve commercial performance, and provide actionable insights for business growth.

    Responsibilities

    • Analyze sales performance, market trends, customer behavior, and profitability across regions, products, and sales channels
    • Prepare forecasts, dashboards, and analytical reports to support planning and commercial decision-making
    • Monitor sales team performance, KPI achievement, route productivity, and operational efficiency
    • Consolidate data from ERP systems and reporting tools while ensuring data accuracy and integrity
    • Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to support business strategy and process improvement

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or related field
    • Minimum of 3 years experience in Data Analysis, Commercial Finance, or Business Intelligence within FMCG or frozen foods industry
    • Strong proficiency in Advanced Excel, Power BI/Tableau, and ERP systems
    • Knowledge of SQL or other data querying tools is an advantage
    • Strong analytical, reporting, problem-solving, and presentation skills
