    Customer Success Specialist

    Job Description

    • As a Customer Success Specialist at Trustcrow, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, guiding them through their entire journey with our products/services.
    • Your responsibilities will encompass understanding client needs, resolving inquiries, providing in-depth product knowledge, conducting effective training sessions, analyzing customer feedback, and fostering client retention.
    • We are looking for an enthusiastic professional with excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.

    Responsibilities

    • Initiate proactive communication with clients to understand their goals and challenges.
    • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, acting as their trusted advisor.
    • Develop a comprehensive understanding of our products/services to provide expert guidance to clients.
    • Conduct engaging training sessions, ensuring clients are proficient in utilizing our offerings to their full potential.
    • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and efficiently, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex problems and provide effective solutions to clients.
    • Gather, analyze, and report customer feedback, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
    • Work closely with the product development team, advocating for client needs and contributing to product enhancements.
    • Implement retention strategies to ensure client loyalty and satisfaction.
    • Identify upselling opportunities and collaborate with sales teams to expand clients’ engagement with our offerings.
    • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, feedback, and issue resolutions.
    • Generate regular reports outlining customer engagement metrics and satisfaction levels.
    • Stay updated with industry trends and product developments to provide informed recommendations to clients.
    • Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge.
    • Any other duties as assigned or required by the company or the group

    Qualifications and Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent work experience.
    • Minimum of 5 years experience in customer service, account management, or customer success roles within the tech industry.
    • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Empathetic approach with a focus on understanding and addressing client needs.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and customer support tools.
    • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
    • Proactive attitude and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
    • Experience in providing customer service support
    • Excellent knowledge of management methods and techniques
    • Proficiency in English
    • Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills.

    Business Development Supply & Material

    • We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Business Development Manager specializing in Supply & Materials to join our dynamic team.
    • The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in identifying, developing, and expanding business opportunities within the supply chain and materials sector.

    Responsibilities

    • Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring favorable terms, pricing, and service level agreements.
    • Maintain and nurture strong relationships with existing suppliers to ensure a reliable and efficient supply chain.
    • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations.
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions that align with customer needs and company objectives.
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets within the supply and materials business segment.
    • Track and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to the leadership team.
    • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to ensure seamless execution of business development initiatives.
    • Communicate effectively with key stakeholders, presenting business proposals and updates as needed.
    • Any other duties as assigned or required by the company or the group

    Qualifications and Requirements:

    • 8+ years of sales and/or ops experience in property, construction, finance, etc.
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus
    • Proven experience in business development, with a focus on supply chain and materials.
    • Demonstrated success in negotiating contracts and building strong supplier relationships.
    • Experience in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
    • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
    • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
    • Familiarity with supply chain processes and materials management
    • Technical supply chain operation & material sector skills required to create proposals and find solutions to meet client requirements.
    • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, to express technical and nontechnical concepts clearly and concisely.
    • Excellent organizational skills to meet goals and set priorities.
    • Be proactive, organized and handle work under stressful and uncertain environments
    • Proven sales track record
    • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software (e.g. Odoo, Salesforce), and other sales application programs
    • Excellent presentation, interpersonal skills, communication and negotiation skills
    • Ability to build strong relationships with clients
    • Strong analytical skills and ability to think strategically with problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent time management and prioritization skills
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work with little or no supervision.
    • Ability to work well in a high-energy, fast-paced environment either independently or with a team
    • Any relevant certifications in business development or supply chain management would be advantageous.
