• Process customer requests, parcel registration/collections and keep updated customer records
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information to customers
• Resolve customer complaints via phone calls and emails
• Escalate all exceptions for resolution
• Manage and track inbound and outbound items on a daily basis.

Job Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND / OND
• 0-2 years relevant experience
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Location: Ajah, Lagos

Description

• Pick up and drop off parcels around Ajah, Sangotedo, Awoyaya, Ikoyi, Victoria Island and Lagos Island.
• Verifyaddresses and locations to avoid errors.
• Carefully plan travel routes to ensure timely delivery of parcels.
• Securing packages to prevent damage during transit.
• Obtainrecipients’ acknowledgement upon completion of delivery to confirm receipt of the correct items.
• Maintain an accurate record of all packages delivered.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND / OND
• 2-3 years of experience working as a Dispatch Rider.
• Rider’s License.
• Ability to communicate properly in English Language.
