    Job Summary

The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing top-notch support to ensure customer satisfaction. This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for delivering excellent service.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media.
    • Provide accurate information about Koolboks products, services, and policies.
    • Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally.
    • Process orders, returns, and exchanges while ensuring a smooth customer experience.
    • Maintain detailed and updated records of customer interactions and transactions.
    • Follow up on customer inquiries to ensure timely resolution.
    • Work closely with the sales and technical support teams to address customer concerns.
    • Gather and report customer feedback to help improve products and services.
    • Assist in developing customer service policies and procedures for improved efficiency.

    Qualifications & Requirements

    • Minimum of HND/Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in customer service, support, or a similar role.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
    • Ability to handle difficult customers and de-escalate situations professionally.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Fluency in English is an advantage.
