    Customer Service Representative

    Job Summary

    • We are looking for a friendly, organized, and service-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team.
    • You will be the face of the business, responsible for managing customer interactions, ensuring smooth service experiences, and helping maintain client satisfaction.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Customer Interaction: Greet walk-in customers and answer phone or WhatsApp inquiries with professionalism and courtesy
    • Order Management: Receive, tag, and document incoming laundry orders accurately using POS or digital systems
    • Complaint Handling: Address customer complaints or concerns politely and escalate unresolved issues to management
    • Communication: Inform customers about delivery/pick-up times, delays, or any issues with their garments
    • Payment Handling: Process payments (cash, card, transfers), issue receipts, and maintain accurate transaction records
    • Coordination: Liaise with internal teams (washing, ironing, quality control, dispatch) to ensure smooth workflow
    • Follow-up: Call or message customers when orders are ready, delayed, or need clarification
    • Customer Records: Maintain updated customer records and notes for personalized service
    • Clean Environment: Keep the front desk and customer waiting area clean, tidy, and welcoming

    Qualifications & Skills

    • 1 - 2 years of experience in a customer service, front desk, or receptionist role (service or retail experience is preferred)
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Friendly, confident, and patient personality
    • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS or order management software
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
    • Problem-solving attitude and ability to stay calm under pressure
    • Punctual, trustworthy, and presentable appearance
    • Must be fluent in English; additional local language skills are a plus.

    Quality Control Officer

    Job Summary

    • They are seeking a diligent, detail-oriented, and reliable Quality Control Officer to join our operations team.
    • This role is essential in upholding our commitment to excellence and ensuring that every garment processed meets our strict quality and hygiene standards before being returned to the customer.
    • The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail, a good understanding of different fabric types, and the ability to spot inconsistencies in washing, ironing, and packaging.
    • Your primary responsibility will be to inspect, approve, or reject garments based on predefined quality checklists and to coordinate necessary corrections when required.
    • In addition, the Quality Control Officer will assist the washer when necessary to support efficient operations and maintain workflow continuity.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Final Inspection: Examine all laundered, dry-cleaned, and pressed garments for any remaining stains, wrinkles, damages, or signs of improper treatment.
    • Fabric & Garment Check: Identify fabric-specific care needs and ensure items have not been mishandled (e.g., shrinkage, color fading, or burns).
    • Quality Standards: Apply quality standards consistently and report any patterns of recurring issues to the operations manager.
    • Tagging & Sorting: Ensure items are properly tagged, matched, and sorted by customer before packaging. Prevent item loss, mismatches, or mix-ups.
    • Packaging: Oversee or assist with proper folding, hanging, and packaging of garments in line with presentation standards.
    • Problem Resolution: Flag and isolate garments that require rewash, rewaxing, or ironing corrections and communicate with production teams.
    • Documentation: Maintain records of quality checks, errors, and corrections for operational reporting and continuous improvement.
    • Cleanliness & Safety: Maintain a clean and organized inspection area; follow hygiene and safety protocols within the facility.
    • Washer Support: Assist the washer when necessary to ensure smooth operations, especially during high-volume periods or delays.

    Qualifications & Skills

    • 1–2 years’ experience in a quality control or garment-handling role (laundry, fashion production, dry cleaning, etc.)
    • Strong attention to detail and the ability to spot defects or inconsistencies
    • Good understanding of garment types, fabrics, and cleaning processes
    • Basic record-keeping and reporting skills
    • Ability to work independently and take initiative when problems arise
    • Reliable, punctual, and able to work on your feet for extended periods
    • Team player with good communication and coordination skills.
