    Customer Service Representative

    Responsibilities
    Customer Support:

    • Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in-person.
    • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by following company procedures.

    Issue Resolution:

    Customer Satisfaction:

    • Build sustainable relationships of trust with customers through open and interactive communication.

    Product/Service Knowledge:

    • Maintain a thorough understanding of the company’s products and services.
    • Stay updated on company policies, promotions, and procedures to provide accurate information to customers.

    Documentation and Reporting:

    • Accurately record customer interactions in the customer service database.
    • Generate reports and summaries for management review.
    • Assist with quality assurance by documenting trends and recurring issues.

    Requirements

    • Education: High school diploma or equivalent
    • Skills: Excellent communication skills, active listening, problem-solving ability, patience, and empathy.
    • Technical Proficiency: Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software or CRM systems.

    Computer Operator

    Job Summary

    • The Computer Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining the organization's computer systems, performing regular maintenance, troubleshooting errors, and ensuring that systems are functioning optimally.
    • This role involves monitoring network and server performance, maintaining records, and assisting users with technical issues.

    Key Responsibilities
    System Monitoring and Maintenance:

    • Monitor computer systems, servers, and networks for errors or performance issues.

    Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution:

    User Support:

    Qualifications

    • High School Diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in IT or computer science are a plus.
    • Proven experience as a Computer Operator or in a similar technical role.
    • Familiarity with various operating systems, network monitoring tools, and basic troubleshooting techniques.

    Sage Accountant

    Job Summary

    • The Sage Accountant is responsible for maintaining the financial records of the organization using Sage accounting software.
    • This role includes processing transactions, generating reports, reconciling accounts, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
    • The Sage Accountant works closely with the finance team to support financial planning and reporting activities, providing insights to aid in decision-making.

    Key Responsibilities
    Financial Record Management:

    • Use Sage software to record financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
    • Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records in compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
    • Reconcile bank statements and accounts to ensure accurate financial records.

    Reporting and Analysis:

    • Train other finance team members on Sage functionalities as required.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
    • Professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CPA) is a plus.
    • Proficiency in Sage accounting software and experience with general accounting practices.
    • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in accounting, preferably with Sage software.
