    Customer Service Representative

    Job Description

    • Candidate will be responsible for interacting with customers to handle inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide information about products or services.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person
    • Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies
    • Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
    • Process orders, returns, and exchanges
    • Maintain customer records and update account information
    • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department
    • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
    • Meet performance targets such as response time and customer satisfactio

    Qualifications

    • High school diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelor’s degree preferred)

    Job Description

    • Promote the company’s products and services, generate leads, increase brand awareness, and drive sales growth.
    • The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and brand visibility.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and potential clients.
    • Promote company products and services through online and offline channels.
    • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
