    Customer Service Officer

    Our client, an event industry in Lagos is in need of a CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER

    Responsibilities:

    • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
    • Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
    • Write invoice and thorough follow up on clients
    • Communicating with customers through various channels.
    • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
    • Knowing the company inside and out so that you can answer questions.
    • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
    • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
    • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

    Requirements:

    • ND or its equivalent
    • Minimum of 2-3years as a customer service officer
    • Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
    • Comfortable using computers.
    • Experience working with customer support.

    Job Summary

    • Our client is in need of Assistant Supervisors for Aggregation centres across the Local governments.

    Functions
    Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    • Deliver World Without Waste and local legal targets, including developing and deploying sustainable and commercially viable PET Collection and Recycling Solution.
    • Drive awareness and actions on packaging, collection and recycling
    • Drive Zero Waste City partnerships
    • Assess and build strategic partnerships with local recovery Households
    • Align Food & Beverage Industry around collection model
    • Build Customer partnerships that support delivery of targets.

    Job Requirements / Skills

    • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / OND qualification with at least 1 year work experience.
    • Sustainable packaging - collection & recyclingCustomer partnershipStakeholder managementSustainability Measurement & ReportingExcellent problem solver.
    • Provides all administrative support which may include operations, inventory, logistics, Q.C but not limited to, composing correspondence, booking clients appointments, coordinating Sorters, maintaining all official files (which may be confidential in nature).
    • Maintain a register of all agreements entered by the company outlining nature, parties, dates, duration etc
    • Take notes at meetings or provide general assistance during presentations.
    • Liaising with clients, suppliers, and vendors as required.

    Salary
    N70,000 monthly
