    Customer Service Officer

    Duties & Responsibilities 

    • Answering phones from customers professionally and responding to customer inquiries and complaints  
    • Cross-selling, upselling, and customer retention  
    • Handling and resolving customer complaints 
    • Providing customers with the company's service and product information. 
    • Processing forms, and applications requested by the customers.
    • Identifying, and escalating priority issues and reporting to upper management.
    • Routing inbound calls to the appropriate resources.
    • Following up on complicated customer calls where required.
    • Completing call notes and call reports as necessary and updating them in the CRM.
    • Obtaining and evaluating all relevant data to handle complaints and inquiries.
    • Recording details of comments, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken.
    • Managing administration, communicating, and coordinating with internal departments.
    • Other duties as assigned. 

    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

    • Interpersonal and customer service skills
    • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
    • Must be highly numerate and comfortable with figures
    • Analytical and problem-solving skills

    Experience and requirements

    • Graduate of social sciences, finance, or communications related discipline from a recognized University – minimum of second-class
    • 2 years’ experience in customer service, sales or marketing (experience selling real estate is an added advantage) 
    • Location: Applicants must reside in Lagos Mainland.

    English Teacher (Primary School)

    Job descriptions

    Job Summary

    We are searching for an organized, attentive Bank Teller to provide exceptional service to our customers by handling routine tasks, such as processing payments, accepting deposits, and handling withdrawals.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Assisting customers with processing transactions, such as deposits, withdrawals, or payments, resolving complaints or account discrepancies, and answering questions.
    • Accept cash and checks for deposit and check accuracy of deposit slip
    • Process cash withdrawals
    • Perform specialized tasks such as preparing cashier's checks, personal money orders, issuing traveler's checks and exchanging foreign currency
    • Perform services for customers such as ordering bank cards and checks
    • Receive and verify loan payments, mortgage payments and utility bill payments
    • Record all transactions promptly, accurately and in compliance with bank procedures
    • Balance currency, cash and checks in cash drawer at end of each shift
    • Answer inquiries regarding checking and savings accounts and other bank related products and services.
    • Attempt to resolve issues and problems with customer's accounts
    • Explain, advise on and promote bank products and services to customers
    • Ensure compliance with all internal controls and established policies and procedures
    • Perform other tasks as assigned.

    Education and Experience

    • Candidates with OND qualification only.
    • 1-2 years of experience as a teller or in a related field preferred
    • Clerical, administrative, cash handling, sales or customer service experience preferred
    • Knowledge of customer service principles
    • Ability to use Microsoft Office products
