    Customer Care/ Creative Director

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Address customer inquiries, reservations, and walk-ins with courtesy and efficiency
    • Greet customers warmly and provide a positive first impression.
    • Assist customers with billing inquiries and payment processing
    • Monitor and maintain cleanliness in customer areas, including tables and restrooms
    • Suggest additional menu items or specials to enhance the customer experience
    • Promote add-ons or promotions to increase sales
    • Develop creative materials for marketing campaigns
    • Coordinate and oversee food photoshoots for promotional materials and social media
    • Develop creative content for social media platforms.
    • Conceptualize and plan creative events within the restaurant space
    • Work closely with chefs to visually enhance the presentation of dishes
    • Conduct research on various topics, gather data and compile results

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Bachelor’s degree in Mass communication, Marketing or a related field.
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the food industry as a customer care representative
    • Candidate MUST reside in GBAGADA and its environs

    Social Media Manager and Graphics Designer

    Job Description:

    • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversion across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).
    • Create and curate compelling content for social media posts, including text, images, and videos.
    • Monitor social media channels for brand mentions, customer inquiries, and feedback, and respond in a timely and professional manner.

    Business Developer - PR Industry

    JOB RESPONSIBILITY

    • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industries for business expansion.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, strategic partners and key stakeholders
    • Evaluate potential business opportunities and partnerships based on strategic fit, market potential, profitability and risk analysis.
    • Collaborate with communications team to develop compelling proposals and presentations tailored to clients’ needs.
    • Stay updated with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities. Analyze Market data and customer feedback to identify areas for growth and improvement.
    • Ensure business growth by closing sales deals based on target.

    KPIs

    • Close a minimum of two business deals every quarter, totaling eight businesses per annum.

    COMPETENCY REQUIREMENT

    • Have a strong communication skill set. This includes effective verbal and written communication.
    • Possess strong sales and negotiation skills.
    • Have a customer-centric mindset and be empathetic.
    • Ability to build and nurture relationships with clients.
    • Possess the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and propose effective solutions.
    • Minimum experience is four years.
