    Palmpay is hiring Mobile Phone Retrievers to help recover mobile phones from non-compliant Customers safely to our service centers.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Retrieve mobile phones from merchants and agents.
    • Confirm device details and update records.
    • Ensure safe handover of devices to the operations/technical team.
    • Communicate politely with customers and follow company procedures.

    Requirements

    • Minimum SSCE/OND.
    • Prior experience in fieldwork, operations, or customer service is an advantage.
    • Must be trustworthy, attentive to detail, and able to work with minimal supervision.

    User Growth Officer (Offline)

    The Offline User Growth Officer is responsible for driving user registration, activation, and engagement through grassroots, campus, market, and community outreach. The role focuses on offline events, partnerships, teen engagement programs, and referral-based field activities to accelerate user growth.

    Job Description

    • Recruit and register new users through physical activations in markets, parks, malls, campuses, and communities.
    • Conduct product demos and guide users through onboarding (app download, registration, KYC).
    • Promote and boost referral programs and empower referrers (agents, parents, KOLs).
    • Build partnerships with schools, student groups, small businesses, and local influencers.

    Requirements

    • Willingness to travel frequently and interact with diverse demographic groups.

    Business Developer -Cross Border Payment

    The Business Development Executive will support the Business Development Manager in driving growth, acquiring new clients, and building strong business relationships. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, analytical, and passionate about creating value in the fintech and cross-border payment industry.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Work closely with the BD Manager to identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.
