- Translate business goals and campaign strategies into compelling creative systems.
- Present creative work internally and externally, with clarity, story, and conviction.
- Balance creative ambition with resource realities, time constraints, and deliverables.
Trends, Tools & Innovations:
- Stay current with design, media, tech, and cultural trends and help Atinudah stay ahead of the curve.
- Experiment with new tools (AI, prototyping software, real-time collaboration) to speed up and elevate the creative process.
Requirements
- 5 - 7 years of experience in creative direction, art direction, or design leadership roles across agencies, media, branding, or production.
- A strong portfolio that spans branding, digital, motion, experiential, and content — showing taste, systems thinking, and creative leadership.
Mastery of:
- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere)
- Figma or Sketch for digital and layout collaboration
- Bonus: Lightroom, Final Cut, or DaVinci for production awareness.
Experience overseeing:

- Vendors in photo/video production, event fabrication, and brand rollout
- Comfort creating & reviewing everything from moodboards to storyboards, from creative decks to 3D stage renderings.
- Excellent communication skills - you can explain ideas, give feedback, and present with confidence to leadership or clients.
- A good balance of artistic instinct and executional discipline.
- A strong understanding of brand storytelling, visual hierarchy, typography, color theory, and spatial design.
- Comfort managing multiple projects and teams, while delivering consistently high-quality creative on time.
