    Cost Accountant

    Job Description

    • Analyze and report on financial performance. Prepare and review financial statements (e.g., balance sheet, income statement).
    • Develop and maintain financial models and forecast. Conduct variance analysis and identify areas for improvement.
    • Develop and implement cost accounting systems. Track and analyze direct and indirect costs. Conduct cost-benefit analyses.
    • Identify and recommend cost-saving opportunities.
    • Develop and Manage Budget. Prepare and review forecasts. Analyze and report on budget variances.
    • Conduct sensitive analysis. Develop and implement inventory management systems. Track and analyze inventory levels. Identify and recommend inventory optimization strategies.
    • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations. Identify and mitigate financial risks.
    • Conduct special studies and analyses. Develop and implement process improvements. Provide financial support for strategic initiatives.
    • Supervise and mentor cost accounting staff. Communicate financial results to management.
    • Provide financial to non-financial stakeholders. Present financial information to senior management. Collaborate with other departments.

    Executive Assistant

    Role Summary

    • We are seeking a highly organized, detail-driven, and technically skilled Executive Assistant to support the Managing Director of our productivity Consulting firm.
    • The ideal candidate will provide strategic, operational, and administrative support; coordinate cross-functional activities; and ensure seamless liaison between the MD, internal teams, clients, and external partners.

    Responsibilities

    • Manage the MD’s schedule, meetings, priorities, and workflow.
    • Prepare reports, research briefs, presentations, and business documents.
    • Track departmental deliverables, project timelines, and performance indicators.
