• We are seeking an experienced and strategic Business Development Manager to drive the growth of our productivity consulting and advisory services.
• The ideal candidate will focus on building client relationships, designing HR solutions, and delivering high-value advisory projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue consulting and advisory opportunities in HR strategy, talent management, outsourcing, and organisational development.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and decision-makers.
• Conduct needs assessments and design tailored HR solutions in collaboration with consulting teams.
• Develop high-quality proposals, presentations, and service documentation.
• Track market trends, competitor activities, and potential consulting opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and thought leadership platforms.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, HR, Management, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 4 – 8 years experience in consulting, HR advisory, or professional services business development.
• Proven ability to design and sell HR consulting solutions.
• Strong client relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Excellent analytical, presentation, and communication skills.
• Experience engaging with C-level executives and decision-makers.
