    Corporate Driver

    Key Responsibilities

    • Drive company executives, staff, and guests to and from appointments, meetings, and official assignments.
    • Ensure the vehicle is always clean, fueled, and maintained according to schedule.
    • Plan routes and meet delivery or travel schedules to avoid delays.
    • Comply with all traffic laws and safety regulations at all times.
    • Maintain a daily vehicle log, mileage records, and fuel usage.
    • Conduct routine vehicle checks and report any mechanical issues promptly.
    • Ensure proper documentation of the vehicle (insurance, licenses, roadworthiness).
    • Support administrative errands as directed (e.g., banking, document delivery, airport pick-ups).
    • Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
    • Monitor and renew necessary permits or vehicle documents.

    Requirements & Qualifications

    • Minimum of SSCE/OND qualification.
    • Valid Nigerian driver’s license and LASDRI card (if in Lagos).
    • 3–5 years experience as a professional or corporate driver.
    • Sound knowledge of road safety regulations and local routes.
    • Ability to drive both manual and automatic vehicles.
    • Excellent driving record with no history of major traffic violations.
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Must be punctual, disciplined, and well-groomed.

    Preferred Attributes:

    • Familiarity with executive protocols and discretion.
    • Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.
    • Honest, respectful, and responsible attitude.
    • Flexible and willing to work extended hours when required.

    Front Office Officer

    Key Responsibilities

    • Greet and attend to visitors, clients, and guests in a courteous and professional manner.
    • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly.
    • Manage the front desk area, keeping it clean, organized, and presentable.
    • Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
    • Maintain an updated visitor register and issue visitor passes where necessary.
    • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
    • Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings.
    • Coordinate courier services and manage office supplies inventory.
    • Respond to inquiries and provide accurate company information.
    • Report office maintenance issues to the appropriate department.
    • Enforce front office security and access control protocols.

    Requirements & Qualifications

    • Minimum of OND in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or related field.
    • Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk officer, or similar role is an advantage.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
    • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
    • Organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Professional appearance and behavior.
    • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

    Dispatch Rider

    Key Responsibilities

    • Pick up and deliver items (e.g., documents, parcels, orders) to assigned destinations.
    • Ensure accurate documentation of all deliveries and pickups (logbook or app).
    • Plan and follow the most efficient routes for prompt delivery.
    • Ensure the motorcycle is regularly maintained and kept in good condition.
    • Comply with traffic rules and safety regulations at all times.
    • Communicate effectively with dispatch supervisors and clients.
    • Report any issues, accidents, or delays encountered during deliveries.
    • Collect and process delivery payments or signed receipts where required.
    • Keep records of mileage, fuel, and maintenance costs.

    Requirements & Qualifications

    • Candidates should possess a minimum of SSCE/WAEC with 3-4 years of experience.
    • Valid Rider’s Permit (Motorcycle Driver’s License).
    • Proven experience as a dispatch rider or similar role.
    • Good knowledge of Lagos roads (or specify city).
    • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
    • Must be punctual, reliable, and trustworthy.
    • Physically fit and able to work in various weather conditions.
    • Familiarity with using GPS or delivery apps is an added advantage.
