    Core Banking Officer

    Job Description

    • Application Support - Responsible for the Support and Administration of the Bank Application (Finacle, Workflow & Reports) and Services (LINUX) used by the Finacle core support team for business continuity.
    • Ensure smooth running of the core application systems through process issue resolutions and optimisation where required.
    • Ensure that all work requests/incidents logged on IT Remedy are responded to and resolved within the agreed time frame.
