    Content Creator

    Job Summary

    • The Content Creator should be aware of and help implement new content and marketing trends while coordinating with the Creative, Buying, Planning, Marketing and Photography teams to create a localized content and marketing strategy that suits the business needs.

    Responsibilities

    • Act as ambassador for creating and managing brand identity, from the set up of corporate brand guidelines to the ongoing development of brand identity tools, communications templates and new formats to ensure consistency in delivery.
    • Develop dynamic content features both online, through social media, print, and new technologies including photography, video, interviews and longform writing other forms of storytelling, and strategically incorporate these stories into overall messaging and social media messaging.
    • Responsible for the overall design and functionality of the site within website templates
    • Helps set vision of Branded Content team.
    • Leading the creative and marketing direction with all creative agencies and reviewing all scripts and concepts to ensure each campaign accomplishes its creative and marketing objectives
    • Acting as a creative conduit through which other departments within the company consult for creative direction, strategy and approvals.

    Requirements

    • HND/BSC in any related field
    • Minimum of 2 years working experience and exposure in content creation /marketing
    • Familiarity with Ms. office and graphic design.

    Assistant Cosmetic Formulator

    Job Summary

    • The Assistant Cosmetics Formulator is responsible for identifying and developing innovative technology to create natural skincare projects for new launches, line extensions, and product renovation.

    Responsibilities

    • Researching materials used in cosmetics, such as botanicals, preservatives, fragrance ingredients, emulsifiers, surfactants, and emollients
    • Conducting testing of new formulas to ensure safety and effectiveness
    • Mixing ingredients according to formulas and creating blends of colors to achieve desired effects
    • Creating formulas for hair care products such as shampoo, conditioner, and styling gel
    • Formulating products for the lips and nails, such as lip balm and nail polish
    • Testing products for compatibility with machinery used in manufacturing and shelf-life stability
    • Develops and performs all formulation requirements on new formulas; includes the creation of skincare, cosmetics formulation, mix development, product description/ formulation sheet, lab tests, stability testing/ monitoring, color verification, etc.

    Requirements

    • B.Sc / HND in Chemistry, Cosmetic Science or related fields
    • Minimum of 3 years working experience and exposure with mass production
    • Familiarity with cosmetics, cosmetic formulations, filling, labeling, etc.
    • Hands on experience and exposure in cosmetics formulation.
    • Proximity to the Island is very important.
