    Content Creator

    The Opportunity

    • Eunisell Limited requires a content creator to support our marketing initiatives. 
    • The content creator will be responsible for developing high-quality copy for websites, social media, marketing materials, and other platforms thereby making significant contributions to Eunisell’s brand.
    • They will understand the successes and challenges of content from our market competitors and will share their learnings with stakeholders to consistently deliver excellence.

    Key Roles and Responsibilities

    • Research industry-related topics
    • Prepare well-structured drafts using digital publishing platforms
    • Create and distribute marketing copy to advertise our company and products
    • Interview industry professionals and incorporate their views in blog posts
    • Edit and proofread written pieces before publication
    • Use SEO best practices to drive traffic to Eunisell’s digital channels
    • Update the website, social media and content pages periodically
    • Promote content on social networks and monitor engagement (e.g. comments and shares)
    • Identify customers’ needs and recommend new topics
    • Coordinate with marketing and design teams to illustrate articles
    • Measure and monitor web traffic to content and digital engagement metrics
    • Promote company offerings to reach new audiences
    • Assist with the visual design of promotional materials

    Job Requirements, Skills & Qualifications

    • BSc in Marketing, English, Journalism or relevant field
    • Minimum of 5 years proven work experience as a Content Creator or similar role
    • Hands-on experience with digital publishing and Content Management Systems (e.g. WordPress)
    • Outstanding copywriting, photography, videography, editing, graphic design, social media, or video production skills
    • Experience generating traffic and leads for new business
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • An ability to fact-check long-form content pieces
    • Time-management skills
    • Strong knowledge of SEO best practices
    • Prior job experience in web traffic metrics, HTML and web publishing
    • Have an understanding of UI/UX design.

    Chief Operating Officer

    The Opportunity

    • We are seeking a highly experienced Chief Operating Officer to join our team in Lagos, Nigeria.
    • Eunisell Limited requires a Chief Operating Officer to oversees the company’s daily business operations and administration, including but not limited to compiling the company financial reports, implementing business strategies and optimising the organisation’s operational capabilities.
    • The post holder will provide management, leadership and vision to ensure the organisation meets its short-term and long-term objectives. He will help to create enduring policies and a company culture that strengthens operational efficiency and generates revenue.

    Key Roles and Responsibilities

    • Overseeing the daily business and administrative operations and improving operating procedures for optimal efficiency
    • Responsible for ensuring increased revenue drive by strategic search for new opportunities. In addition, establishes and fosters strong relationships with key stakeholders across the entire value chain of the oil and gas industry in Nigeria.
    • Assessing and enhancing the efficiency of internal and external operational processes
    • Leading and motivating staff to achieve sales and organisational objectives
    • Mentoring and inspiring employees to key into the vision of management
    • Establishing policies that improve and promote company vision and culture
    • Maintain a deep knowledge of the markets and industry of the company
    • Ensure that expenditures of the Company are within the authorized annual budget of the Company.
    • Manage revenue, expenses and external financing to maintain the consistent growth of the business. Ensure consistent liquidity of the Company as a going concern.
    • Align company’s process and operational models to contract agreement, whilst ensuring consistent and quality delivery on client expectations.
    • Evaluating company performance and recommend strategies to improve results
    • Collaborating with management and other colleagues to raise capital and carry out other business-expansion strategies
    • Controlling various business operations and implement the company’s strategic initiatives
    • Submission of management reports to inform the management of the company’s performance

    Job Requirements, Skills & Qualifications

    • B.Sc. / HND in Engineering.
    • Membership of a relevant professional body is an added advantage.
    • MSc/MA in business administration or relevant field is desirable
    • Minimum of 15 years of broad experience in the oil & gas industry or energy sector
    • Proven experience as COO or other senior managerial position
    • Experience in developing profitable strategies and implementing vision
    • Knowledge of business development, operations, supply chain and contract management.
    • Exposure to multi-million Commercial deal-making in the E&P industry across several businesses
    • Commercially astute and with proven P&L responsibility and track record of growing revenue, cost management, and delivery against KPIs.
    • Visible leadership skills within challenging performance environments
    • Good coordinating and delegation ability.
    • Excellent skills in MS office and other relevant applications.
