Role Description

• This is a full-time, on-site role for an Executive Assistant based in Lagos. The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to executives, manage schedules, draft correspondence, handle expense reports, and ensure efficient workflow within the organization. The role involves managing day-to-day activities, maintaining communication channels, and coordinating meetings to support the company's strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance to ensure efficient and high-level support.
• Proficiency in handling Expense Reports and other documentation with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong skills in Communication and Executive Support to effectively assist leadership and liaise with other stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role is an advantage.
