    Content Creator - Abuja

    JOB OVERVIEW:

    • A Content Creator is responsible for developing and executing social media content strategies across a wide range of industries, conducting audience research, crafting compelling copy, and creating visually appealing videos to enhance our clients authority, brand presence and lead generation across key social media channels, predominantly Meta, LinkedIn, and website pages.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Craft comprehensive content strategies that align with the company's brand, objectives, and audience needs.
    • Produce a range of content types, including but not limited to blog posts, whitepapers, social media posts, email newsletters, and videos, ensuring all content is on-brand and consistent in terms of style, quality, and tone of voice. Integrate SEO best practices into content creation to improve visibility and drive organic traffic, including keyword research, meta descriptions, and content optimization.
    • Plan and manage a content calendar to schedule publication across various platforms, ensuring a consistent and timely release of materials. Monitor content performance using analytics tools, report on results, and make data-driven recommendations for content optimization.
    • Stay on top of industry trends, content marketing best practices, and competitive landscape to ensure content is relevant and impactful.
    • Understand the audience deeply to create content that resonates, shows authority, drives engagement, and fosters community.
    • Maintain brand voice across all content, driving brand consistency.

    REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATION:

    • Minimum of 2 years of experience as content creator or copywriter or similar role with experience in digital media.
    • Experience in managing a content calendar, coordinating projects, and meeting deadlines. Proficiency in conducting thorough research to create authoritative and accurate content
    • You are organized, analytical , strategic and not satisfied with "good enough" Ability to generate fresh, engaging content ideas across various media formats Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with different teams and clear communication.

    PERFERRED SKILL:

    • Demonstrable experience in video production and editing and graphics design.

    Media Buyer - Ibadan

    Job Overview:

    • The primary goal of the Media Buyer is to support and fulfill our business objectives by reaching our target audience at the best rate while staying within budget.
    • The Media buyer is a key member of our team, who plays a pivotal role in strategizing, setting up, analyzing, implementing, and optimizing our digital marketing campaigns to drive the growth of our business and our clients.
    • A top-performing Media Buyer will keep up with industry developments and adjust media strategies accordingly to improve future media buys.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Strategy Development:

    • Identify target audiences and plan media campaigns.
    • Conduct in-depth keyword research and audience targeting.
    • Tags & Pixel management for websites through Google Tag Manager.
    • Writing ad copies based on user's intent and proofreading ad copies.
    • Monitoring audience and media trends, practices and new technologies.

    Paid Advertising:

    • Plan and execute digital planning, buying, and lead generation campaigns across Google, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, LinkedIn platforms for clients.
    • Monitor and analyze campaign results to determine optimization.
    • Budget management for scaling and optimizing ads for better ROI.

    Analytics and Reporting:

    • Report to clients and build long-term relationships.
    • Make data-driven decisions to improve campaign performance and maximize ROI
    • Prepare presentations to communicate campaign results and insights to leadership teams
    • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data using Google Sheets and Excel, and identify areas for optimization
    • Provide reports and insights to stakeholders on campaign performance and recommendations for continuous improvement.

    Collaboration:

    • Work with team to optimize and scale campaigns based on performance metrics.
    • Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in performance marketing

    Required Skills and Qualifications:

    • Minimum of 3 years of experience as Media Buyer or similar role with experience in digital media is preferred.
    • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in Performance Marketing with a proven track record of success
    • Strong Data Analysis knowledge and analytical background are preferred.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
    • Strong understanding of paid advertising platforms like Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, and Google Ads with proficiency in campaign setup, optimization, and reporting.
    • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Photoshop, as well as collaboration and asset management tools like Google Drive, Facebook Ads Manager, Google marketing platform, Google analytics etc.
    • Motivated, creative, innovative, organized, detail-oriented, and accustomed to working under tight deadlines.
    • Ability to thrive in a team environment while showing and taking initiative.

    Preferred Qualification:

    • Google Analytics, META certification and/or Google Ads certification is a plus.
