    Content & Communication Specialist

    About the Role

    • We are looking for a talented and passionate Content and Communication specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a creative storyteller with a strong understanding of digital content, cultural food narratives, and social media trends. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a genuine love for food, culture, and brand storytelling.

    Key Responsibilities

    Video Content Creation

    • Plan, shoot, and edit engaging cultural food videos that align with the brand's identity and voice.
    • Produce short-form video content optimized for Instagram Reels, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
    • Stay up to date with current video trends, formats, and best practices across all platforms to maximize reach and engagement.

    Graphic Design & Visual Content

    • Design eye-catching graphics, banners, and visual assets for use across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and the brand's website.
    • Ensure all visual content is consistent with brand guidelines, aesthetics, and messaging.
    • Resize and adapt designs to meet each platform's specifications.

    Blog Content Writing

    • Research, write, and publish compelling blog posts that reflect the brand's tone, values, and cultural food focus.
    • Ensure blog content is well-structured, engaging, and tailored to the target audience.
    • Collaborate with the team to develop a consistent content calendar for blog publications.

    Press Releases & LinkedIn Content

    • Draft and publish professional press releases on LinkedIn to announce brand news, milestones, partnerships, and events.
    • Maintain a polished and professional tone that strengthens the brand's credibility and public image.

    Social Media Management Support

    • Assist in the management and scheduling of posts across all social media platforms.
    • Respond to customer queries via all our marketplaces, emails and social media handles
    • Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages when needed, and help maintain an active online presence.
    • Track content performance and provide insights to improve future content strategies.

    SEO Awareness (Added Advantage)

    • Apply basic Search Engine Optimization (SEO) principles to blog posts, website content, and social media captions to improve visibility and organic reach.
    • Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices where applicable.

    Requirements & Qualifications

    • Proven experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Specialist, Customer support or similar role.
    • Strong video production and editing skills (proficiency in tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
    • Proficiency in AI tools
    • Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Figma).
    • Excellent writing and editing skills with the ability to adapt tone and style for different platforms.
    • Strong understanding of social media platforms, their algorithms, and content best practices.
    • A genuine interest in food, culture, and storytelling.
    • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
    • Strong attention to detail and a creative eye for aesthetics.
    • Knowledge of SEO is an added advantage

    Preferred Qualifications

    • A degree or certification in Marketing, English Language, English Literature, Communications, Media Production, Journalism, or a related field.
    • Experience working with food or lifestyle brands
    • Experience with Shopify store
    • A portfolio or samples of previous content work (videos, graphics, blogs, etc.).
    • Familiarity with social media management tools

    POS Sales Agents

    Job Summary: We are seeking reliable, target-driven, and client-oriented POS Sales Agents to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sales of digital products, delivering excellent client/merchant management, and ensuring maximum client/merchant satisfaction in all business-related activities.

    Responsibilities:

    • Go into the field to recruit and onboard merchants and users to start using the company’s POS system
    • Explain and demonstrate the benefits of the POS products to businesses and individuals
    • Manage leads and complete the onboarding process from start to finish
    • Maintain relationships with merchants and users to ensure continued engagement
    • Track daily activities, report results, and provide feedback from the field

    Requirement:

    • Minimum qualification: B.Sc or HND
    • Must have completed NYSC
    • At least 1 year of sales or field experience
    • Experience in financial services, fintech, or related industries is a plus
    • Confident, target-driven, and able to work independently in the field
    • Good communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills
    • Comfortable using mobile apps and digital tools
