    Consumer Insight & Projects Manager

    Job Purpose

    • Identify, Manage Consumer Insights and Drive Innovations towards business objectives.
    • The Business requires a manager who will drive Business growth through deep Consumer, Customer, and market understanding that inform strong strategy for the Brands as well as manage multiple new product development projects from ideation to launch.

    Principal Accountabilities

    • Drive and manage Marketing research towards uncovering insights to deliver business goals.
    • Monitor data on trends on Consumer behaviour, Market and Competition and advise the business as appropriate; proactively provide a comprehensive view of the Consumer, Customer, Market and our Brands
    • Manage all aspects of research, including partnering with key stakeholders to frame problems, briefing, designing research methodologies, implementing high-quality data collection, and analysing results.
    • Translate research findings into clear and actionable insights through thoughtful data collection, in-depth analysis, sharp observations, smart story-telling, and compelling presentations.
    • Relationship management with partners (agencies) on research. Will be a point of contact/owner for a wide variety of marketing data sources.
    • Identify, manage and develop new product initiatives in line with Business goals
    • Manage and oversee multiple development projects from initial concept to launch via the in-house process.
    • Ensure effective communication across relevant stakeholders regarding requirements actions and timelines to deliver new product development initiatives
    • Coach and mentor project managers at the Business unit level.

    Knowledge, Skills & Experience Needed

    • A Degree in Social Sciences or related courses from a reputable university.
    • A Post Graduate degree in related field/s would be a plus.
    • Project management qualifications would be a plus
    • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a reputable research agency or experience of Consumer Insights and Project management within the FMCG industry.
    • Strong analytical and critical thinking.
    • Time management skills.
    • Have excellent communication, interpersonal, reporting & presentation skills.

    Site Risk Manager

    Department Strategic Objectives

    • To achieve and sustain world-class standards in Health, Safety & Environment in line with OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001.
    • To ensure actions to improve quality of safety communications on site, workers awareness and appreciation of safety and environmental issues and improvement of safety culture.
    • To ensure equipment and materials required for Emergency Preparedness are provided and maintained in good working conditions.
    • To continuously monitor & communicate HSE performance indicators; and take needed actions to prevent/correct anomalies with organisational expectations.
    • To initiate programs and plans that ensure the Organisational Health, Safety & Environmental expectations and Corporate Social Responsibility continue to be met.

    Principal Accountabilities
    The key outputs of the job are:

    • To ensure planned and timely servicing of fire extinguishers, hydrants, hose reels, smoke detectors, heat sensors, manual call points and alarm systems to maintain them in good working conditions.
    • To develop and implement contractor management system for the Ikorodu factory site.
    • To ensure effective and efficient coordination of fire marshals, first aiders, safety and environmental champions to meet operational expectations.

    • Maintain Ohsas 18001 Certification And Achieve Iso 14001 Certification By End Q4 2021

    • Close out of OHSAS 18001 1st Surveillance Audit Points

    • ISO 14001 Stage 1 Audit by Bureau Veritas
    • ISO 14001 Certification end 2nd Quarter
    • LASEPA required environmental analysis to be carried out and monitored Quarterly
    • Follow up actions to correct/ close out observations from Quarterly LASEPA required environmental analysis.
    • Procure waste bins for waste segregation

    Sustainance Of Certification:

    • Conduct 2 OHSAS 18001 Internal Audits
    • Conduct 2 OHSAS 18001 Management Review Meetings
    • Conduct General Safety /OHSAS 18001 Awareness training for all staff and contractors
    • Conduct 2 ISO 14001 Internal Audits
    • Conduct 2 ISO 14001 Management Review Meetings
    • Conduct Environmental Awareness/ ISO 14001 training for all staff and contractors
    • Retrain OHSAS 18001 Internal Auditors on 2015 standard when released

    Key Activities:

    • Conduct 132 safety observations
    • Publish monthly Safety Journal to educate on pertinent safety issues
    • Conduct monthly safety meetings with C&I Pool car drivers
    • Conduct monthly safety meetings with Halogen security operatives
    • Prepare one safety brief weekly for use at pep talks in factory and across site
    • Continuously identify safety knowledge gaps by liaising with factory and trend observation
    • Develop and implement training programs to close identified HSE knowledge gaps
    • Ensure monthly Contractors forum holds
    • Update & Communicate identify of Fire marshals, First Aiders, Safety & Environment Champions

    Key Activities:

    • Provide leadership for site HSE activities with compliance to plans 90% of time

    • Develop, implement and maintain audit, inspection and monitoring program regime to achieve site HSE KPI in all factories.
    • Review, communicate and implement document control procedure for HSE
    • Ensure smoke detection and alarm system; fire extinguishers, hose reel and hydrants are serviced as per schedule and maintained in ready-to-use conditions.
    • Collate Effluent analysis report, analyse against set parameters and track corrective actions as required
    • Monitor and report water accounting for each factory 
    • Provide HSE support during construction/ operation phases of projects for growth. 
    • Monthly presentation of safety trends from Dashboard during site meetings

    Required Qualifications

    • B.Sc / M.Sc in Sciences / Engineering / Risk Management
    • NEBOSH International Certificate in Health & Safety Management

    • Membership of recognised safety professional body.

    Required Experience: 

    • Minimum of 8 years experience working in similar role with at least 3 years of management experience.

    Network Availability Manager

    Responsibilities

    • Manage and Monitor network connectivity across Nigeria Business
    • Work closely with approved Service Provider (WAN and LAN) to Support and resolve related LAN and WAN issues across Nigeria
    • Support the investigation of Network related issues across other PZC operating Units outside Nigeria especially during service outage
    • Attend daily Ops calls (Global daily calls)
    • Attend daily SD meeting (local call) and help resolve WAN and LAN cases on local queue
    • Align with global team and vendors to execute Network Projects, Services Improvement plan and Operations across Nigeria
    • Manage and support LAN Contractors, especially during incident troubleshooting
    • Provide support and Manage Telecommunication link from external service providers and work closely with other stakeholders within the service required framework

    Knowledge / Skills / Qualifications / Technical / Professional Experience

    • Educated to Bachelor's Degree / HND at least Degree level in an IT-related field.

    Category Manager

    Job Purpose

    • Implement brand strategy to grow and sustain brand performance and profitability.
    • Monitor, control and report brand performance through brands health indicators (NNS, GM, MC) and key consumer KPIs (market share, awareness, trial, attribute rating etc.) providing solutions to shortfalls
    • Support the management of the NPD process for the brand within the TEC CBU.
    • Support the development & execution of approved brand M&C plan within guidelines.
