    Relationship Manager

    We are curating a database of Relationship Managers (across all levels) to be our first contact for placements with our clients. If you are actively (or passively) looking to switch roles, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity, so we have your details on hand. 

    The ideal candidate will be responsible for fostering and maintaining strong relationships with clients. You will serve as the main point of contact, understanding their needs and objectives.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Build and nurture relationships with existing clients, understanding their business goals and ensuring satisfaction.
    • Identify opportunities to expand client relationships and generate new business through upselling and cross-selling.
    • Effectively communicate with clients to provide updates, address concerns, and deliver a high level of customer service.
    • Work closely with internal teams to ensure the timely delivery of products or services and resolve any client-related issues.
    • Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions to provide clients with valuable insights and solutions.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in relationship management or a client-facing role.
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
    • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
