Description

• We are seeking a proactive, creative, and detail-oriented Copywriter Assistant to join our dynamic marketing team.
• This role is crucial for developing engaging and persuasive content across all our brand platforms.
• The ideal candidate will support the PR and Content digital executive in crafting compelling ad copies, researching industry trends, and ensuring all company communication is clear, consistent, and on-brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Copy Creation: Assist in writing, editing, and proofreading high-quality, conversion-focused ad copies for digital platforms like social media, email, and websites.
• Research & Strategy: Conduct thorough market and competitor research to identify trends and gather data necessary for creating strategic content and campaigns.
• Content Management: Organize and maintain the library of all written content, ensuring drafts and final files are accurately stored and easily accessible.
• Communication Support: Proofread and edit all outgoing communications, presentations, and internal documents to ensure impeccable grammar, tone, and brand consistency.
• Data & Tools: Utilize Excel and other organizational tools to manage content calendars, track campaign performance, and report on key copywriting manage content calendars, track campaign performance, and report on key copywriting metrics.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the graphics, social media, and sales teams to ensure visual content and campaigns align seamlessly with the written message.

Qualifications

• OND or HND in Communications, English, Marketing, or a related field.
• 0 -1 year of hands-on copywriter experience or a related content creation role (internships count).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a portfolio showcasing writing versatility.
• Demonstrated research skills and a proactive approach to learning about new markets and trends.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other productivity/organizational tools (e.g., Google Sheets, Trello).
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple writing assignments simultaneously.
• Must be a Female.
